New Item entry or adjustment- menu, online Dashboard view
Two things: First, I use an iPad Pro to do most of my Menu / item entry, updates, etc. and do it on the website/dashboard. I used to be able to enter the item and complete all fields. Now, I have to go to a whole new page to enter the menu/ assign the item. Waste of time. Also, on the iPad on the dash board the screen would slide left and right, as needed to click the + button to enter the category and label. Now the screen is locked and I cannot add the category or label. TO do that, I have to save “everything” and go to the Clover Go app, find the item and then there I can assign the category/label. Also, in the Clover Go- you cannot (or at least that I’ve found) add a picture of the item for the online order. I have to go back to the Dashboard to do that. In the past couple updates you’ve made an item entry, while mobile and using mobile devices, a duplicative endeavor. I am mobile due to having three locations and moving around or working the counter. I cannot always enter items on a desktop. Please go back to the old ways of entry, menu assign and more flowing entry.
