Customer Notification for ready order
Hi Clover Team,
I would like to suggest a feature for restaurant pickup orders.
When we enter an order directly into the Clover POS, with the customer’s phone number. Once the kitchen completes the order and the staff marks it as “Ready,” Clover should automatically send the customer a text notification saying:
“Your order is ready for pickup.”
This would be very helpful for restaurants, especially during busy hours, as customers would not need to wait near the counter or repeatedly check on their order.
It would be great to have this feature built directly into Clover POS.
