Receipt size on portal
We have found that the default receipt size on the portal is too large, resulting in it printing on 2 pages. In order to adjust this we change it manually using the "more settings" for the printer. I know things vary from one printer to the next but it would be nice to have the size fit to 1 (Letter) sized page or have it "Fit to Printable Area" by default.

Tax Inclusive Items
I would like a way to price items including tax. My example is I charge $4.50 for an item "including tax". Our sales tax is 6%. If I set the price for 4.24 w/.25 tax, it comes to 4.49. If I set price for 4.25 w/.26, tax it comes to 4.51. Is there a way to do that or possibly in the future? Thanks!

Clover Gift Card App
Enhancement for Clover Gift Card App --
When setting up the Clover Gift Card App, enable on-screen prompts for the user so that it prevents them from setting up a secondary gift card entitlement number, causing unnecessary impact to the user. Potential probing prompts on screen, such as:
Do you already have a Gift Card Entitlement Number?
- If so, enter here ____ - then it would allow user to enter entitlement number, syncing and chaining the location to all other locations which share the same entitlement number

When entering stock quantities, the staff is able to add more than the amount stocked to check...why? Isn't that the entire reason for adding the stocked quantity?

Improve your receipt template please!
Please improve the template on your payment receipts. I have a wine shop, and we do a lot of volume discounts for our customers. Your current receipt template is confusing, as it just lists the total cost next to the item. For example, if a customer buys 12 bottles of a wine, the receipt just shows the total amount on the line item. For a sale like that, we offer a 20% standard discount, but again, your receipt just shows the total amount of the discount.

A more in depth search option for plu merchants like grocery stores
The Clover does not allow for more advanced searching capabilities such as plu for grocery stores which is crucial for business with large inventory and bulk inventory. When My merchant searches let's say 222 it comes up with all items that have 222 in them and the grocery store assistant has to scroll down forty plus options to get to the item. Tax should not be calculated on shipping cost
Customer's shipping cost should not be taxed. There should be an option on the web dashboard to separate shipping amount out from item cost so that sales tax is calculated only on item cost and not on item cost plus shipping.

Delete customers
I can delete one customer at a time, but I cannot delete all my customers and start fresh. Please add that option.

Reattempt to print online orders that didn't get sent to the printer
Sometimes due to whatever reason, a few customer's online order will not get sent to the printer and Clover will send an email notification. It would be best if the order is attempted to be resent to the printer to prevent any misunderstanding or inconvenience. Not all merchants have access to their email to check for missing orders so just an email notification is not the best solution.

Qr code sale notification.
I would like to suggest that when using a QR code to accept a sale, that the app sends your phone a notification of the sale. I know xxxxx qr codes do that, it would be really nice if clover would notify us too. I use QR codes on merchandise that I have placed in retail locations, and I love the QR code feature! A notification would be amazing! More user friendly
There should be a way to see the card holder name after you submit the payment. You should be required to enter the customer name data before submitting payment.

Disputes Lack Info
I just wanted to leave some feedback about disputesd charges. Whenever we get a dispute, we get no information about what they are disputing. Am I just suppose to say OK, here is $200 back for no reason? I very much would like to know the reason for any dispute charge we get. Do you think you were overcharged for something? Did you hit the wrong tip amount? I need more to work with before I can even attempt to resolve whatever issue they have.

Inventory Item List - Allow and save custom Columns List
For my retail business, the default list of columns isn't useful and since the system times out every 15 minutes, we must frequently reset the column list or drill into the detailed item update (which is VERY inefficient). Since this app is targeted to retail, it is surprising Product code (UPC) and SKU weren't part of the default column list design. (feels like a hold over from the Clover restaurant focus)

Bulk edit
In the Item section, you can’t change the cost in Bulk Edit or Edit; you have to open the actual item to update the cost, which is time-consuming. It would be great to have the option to change the category and modifier directly in Edit as well, instead of having to use Bulk Edit.

Usernames for Dashboard
We have multiple people who log into our clover because they need to change inventory and it would be nice to have an admin user but then have other log ons under the same dashboard so we could select what permissions they have or not have. Also it would help with having to get a code every 14 days being sent to a single person to then have to get to person requesting.

Stop making Reporting Worse!
I would like to see adjustable columns on reports, the ability to add more columns in (such as current inventory in item sales reports). The ability to export to excel. We use item sales and inventory for our ordering but the last set of update has made this not useful using the web portal. We now have to go through our inventory item by item once or twice a week (with over 10k items), and hope we dont miss anything.
