Employees: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clovers employee management software. This includes permissions, viewing and editing employee roles, employee satisfaction, scheduling, owner access and more.   1. Hello Clover Product & Development Team,

    I am writing to formally revisit a feature request I submitted earlier this year regarding inventory reporting. At the time, I was advised that this functionality was “not available,” but I want to clearly express how critical this gap is for retail businesses and why it deserves serious reconsideration moving into 2026.

    As a brick-and-mortar retail store owner, I rely on my POS system not just to process sales, but to make informed business decisions. Currently, Clover does not provide a clear way to view:

  2. For your new online retail store option can you please make it possible that ontop of picking up your order at the store they could also choose to have it delivered. We can then set pre determined delivery pricing through Can Post and/or Purolator and arrange to have it shipped. There is no point for customers to order online then pick up at the store, they might as well show up at the store and order then.

  3. On the Item Sales Report, the SKU and Product Code are the same, taking from the SKU i think. The product code is not accurately showing. This needs to be fixed.

  4. Our market frequently takes call-in orders that will be picked up on a future date. We need an option that will show all orders paid on a particular day, separate from all sales entered on a particular day.

    Also, we need a report for the processed credit card batch that shows the date, time, order number, and a list of the individual order totals, instead of just the total by card type that was processed.

  5. There's already the option to add images for online views but it would be great if you could choose to show those on the physical registers as well. For some items, postcards for example, it would be easier for my clerks to simply match the image rather than trying to choose the correct description. This would also help with inventory checks if they could make sure they're counting the correct item when there's products with similar names or descriptions.

  6. We would like our reports to save automatically so we don't have to reset the filters every time. It'd be ideal if the Dashboard could display the filters we have already set so we do not have to recreate them every time

  7. We'd like to be able to view up to 999 items per page like before the last update. Now we can only view 200 per page which means more clicks and room for error having to switch between more pages

  8. When we apply a 100% discount to an item, it does not auto-decrement from inventory. Please make it so comp'd items decrement from inventory.

  10. "Revenue Class" is the primary driver of the Sales Overview report and it should be. The item attribute that populates "revenue class reports" and lists on Clover devices is "Labels." In other words when you create a new item, you choose the "revenue class" by clicking on the "labels" field. Please change the attribute name "Labels" to "revenue class." After that is corrected, make the "revenue class" field exportable. Right now "Lables"/"Revenue Classes" export as "printer labels" and when reimported, populates the "Printer Label" field. In your "Instructions and Glossary" tab of an Item List Export, you don't list "printer…

  13. Please add the ability to export our item lists to a CSV file so it can properly be imported into other addons such as Ecwid. This will make updating and creating an online store easier and more organized.

  14. Please add the ability to associate a cost to a item modifier as that additional item has both a price and a cost from an accounting stand point. If I am adding an item (modifier) to the sale of an item, that cost needs to go up for things to be accurate and help track and improve margin numbers year to year.

  15. Identical modifiers should have an option to be condensed in one line for each item.

    Currently, if we add the same modifier 20 times to one item, the payment receipt will list it in 20 lines making the receipt absurdly long.

    At least for non priced modifiers, it should list the same identical modifier as "x20".

    Eg. If a customer orders 20 small shirts($0) and 10 large shirts($0) 10 XXL shirts ($4.50):

    40 Cotton Shirt $xx
    20 Small $0
    10 Large $0
    10 XXL. $45

  16. Clover GO had an update that clearly segments inactive/closed Clover accounts so that a merchant only selects from their list of active accounts. We're requesting the same segmentation be available on the Dashboard so merchants do not have to rename old accounts ("old," "do not use," etc) and inevitably end up logging in to an inactive account, making updates, then get frustrated when they realize it was on the incorrect account.

  17. Modifiers pricing should have the options to be fixed or variable by percentage. All our catalog is customizable and the prices must vary depending on the quantity and the price of each variable. If a customer orders more (eg. business cards) the modifiers should increase the value by a percentage. Modifiers been fixed, at certain quantity break, make the cost of the items very low or very high. Creating a the same fixed modifier for every quantity would be a gigantic task.

  18. Currently for Online stores for retail, there are no shipping or mailing options, there are only instore pickup and door dash delivery. This is limiting merchants from gaining shoppers because you CAN NOT turn both functions off. One must remain on or the website is turned off.

    There is not enough allowed characters for customers to put contact information.

    Categories do not have the ability to add descriptions.

    A lot of work needs to go into improving the online store especially with regard to shipping.

  20. I have a prospect I'm working with who is currently being grossly overcharged by their current processor and looking to move to us. They use Promos often, and wanted to know if they'd have the ability to do so after moving to us.

    I spoke to presale support and as well to the customer engagement team, and they confirmed that when I move the contacts to the new MID, it does not keep them opted in to Promos.

    The customer's opt in to Promos is consent given to the business, not to the MID, so changing the MID should not…
