  2. For the retail SaaS it would be great to include or offer shipping options. There is an app solution in our app market called Shipping Labels & Delivery UPS, USPS, Fedex by SPS that does it all.

  3. It would be extremely helpful for the clover gift cards dashboard to be able search a specific gift card number to check its activation, purchase history, and current balances. This feature is currently available on the device but it does give much more than just the current balance available.

    Right now in order to find a specific gift card and see if the gift card has made any purchase we have to find the individual daily promo details reports and its very cumbersome to find the information.

    A more streamlined gift card number search feature would be extremely helpful especially…

  4. In the Item section, you can’t change the cost in Bulk Edit or Edit; you have to open the actual item to update the cost, which is time-consuming. It would be great to have the option to change the category and modifier directly in Edit as well, instead of having to use Bulk Edit.

  5. We are in need of a way to look at the sales report for a specific item, company, and group of items. Maybe this could be easily resolved with a search function in reporting - showing past orders, stock quantity, and number sold. It would also be very beneficial for this information to have a time stamp, for we are a business that relies on seasonal items and sales.

  6. We type invoices for landscaping, and something that would be helpful would be the ability to save an invoice as a draft. I am constantly pulled away from the computer due to customers, and it is difficult to type a full invoice in a timely manner. Plants are also subject to change, which makes preparing invoices impossible, since there is no draft and editing feature.

  7. Since Clover does not offer a built-in house accounts feature, the merchant must rely on third-party applications. House accounts allow customers to prepay funds and have purchases deducted from their balance each time they visit.

  8. The new Subcategory feature is great for organizing our gift shop items, but it's biggest downfall is that you are NOT able to access, edit, or add to Subcategories within the Inventory app on the POS terminals or handheld devices. This makes it very difficult to enter new items that we want to place into a Subcategory, especially if they have an already existing barcode that we want to include with the item when creating. It is tedious to scan the item, create the item, then have to go back into the Dashboard on the computer to add the item…

  9. On tax exempt customer be able to remove the sales tax either by adding the Order Type to the Invoice page or just remove it individually or at the end.

  10. Merchants are reporting that, after a transaction is approved, they have to tap “More Options” before they can choose to send a receipt by text or email. They find this extra step unnecessary and time-consuming.

    They’re requesting that the receipt delivery options (Text and Email) be displayed right away on the confirmation screen, so they can send receipts faster without additional clicks.

  11. My managers need the ability to onboard Employees onto the system, but I have to give them Admin access. Admins have access to my Owner pricing ability, but my managers cannot have access to pricing. This is an easy fix under Employee Permissions, and give us customers the ability to check "Manager" for access to the Employee app.

  12. Please enable the capability to change/adjust the number of items purchased to more than 99 when an item is saved as a "Fixed" price. It can be done if the item is saved as "Per Unit", but then it shows like 1 (one) item is being sold and in the description is shows the quantity at whatever price.

  13. We have multiple people who log into our clover because they need to change inventory and it would be nice to have an admin user but then have other log ons under the same dashboard so we could select what permissions they have or not have. Also it would help with having to get a code every 14 days being sent to a single person to then have to get to person requesting.

  14. Gift cards purchased in store or digitally should link to the transaction so if a customer lost a gift card or a digital one is not received by email or text it can be tracked to be able to resend to the customer. Right now you have to look up the transaction and find it and then go to gift card report and match the gift card so you can find the gift card number if you can find transaction but if digital you should be able to find the digital copy to resend.

  15. Please make the functionality of the virtual terminal like CloverGo and the Clover website consistent with the physical terminal. For example, I have a price rule for cash discounts where the customer can qualify if they pay with cash or check. This works perfectly on the physical terminal. However, on CloverGo if I choose the check option as a form of payment, it does not compute as being eligible for the cash discount where it should. On the web version, it doesn't even give me the option to take a check as payment, only credit card. I take payments on…

  16. I am inquiring about the absence of inventory cost and total value display within the Point of Sale system. As a long-standing client since 2016, I am surprised this functionality has not yet been implemented.

  17. It would be helpful to see the image of an item on the POS when looking up an item in inventory to avoid confusion among similar described items. Or be able to differentiate between same item with different upcs due to being sold open stock, CDU or other format. Or as a learning tool for new employees to confirm the correct item when searching.

  18. Not normal that we have to split the invoice when customer’s paying part of the invoice with an gift certificated. And in second idea, not normal at all that we have to print 2 differents receipt for having print the amount of the gift certificated and the second transaction with money or card! Everything should be on the same receipt. And we should be able to take to ways for paiements in the same transaction without having to split and losing too much time….

  19. Add "Reset pages to top each time category list is closed" to register settings. Prior to this year, custom item arrangement within each category would reset to the top of the list every time it was accessed. Now, if you scroll to the bottom of the items within a category and exit, the next person to pull up that category finds it in the spot where it was left. Staff can no longer quickly ring in frequently purchased items (that are at the top of each category) because the list is not appearing at the top each time. New issue…

    We would like to check how we can add a feature that could improve workflow efficiency in the Clover system. When creating or viewing customer details, it would be very helpful to have a “Reorder” option available directly within the customer profile.
