  1. Is it possible to add the Customer name to the Receipt that is printed from the portal? Also, instead of having to go to "Transactions" to view payment receipt it would be nice to have a "print receipt" button on the payment complete screen.

  2. We have found that the default receipt size on the portal is too large, resulting in it printing on 2 pages. In order to adjust this we change it manually using the "more settings" for the printer. I know things vary from one printer to the next but it would be nice to have the size fit to 1 (Letter) sized page or have it "Fit to Printable Area" by default.

  3. When a merchant has multiple Clover Compacts, the need to close them individually is critical. We have a merchant that has 4 cashier windows and they have to have the ability to close and reconcile separately. The only Clover solution is the Clover Compact with another Compact acting as a PinPad through a security window. They also need to be able to run a totals report for that Compact. Cost is a factor as well.

  4. Multiple item pictures. Clover Retail Growth Plan online shopping needs to have the ability to add multiple pictures to each item. Customers purchasing online need to be able to see all sides of the product as well as close-up pictures of product labels. Having the ability to only add one picture per item will hurt online sales.

  5. The current inventory system shows the stock count for each item but doesn't display the total number of items sold or remaining in stock. It would be helpful to add a summary that shows both the total quantity in stock and the total number of items sold for better tracking.
    Also, it would be very helpful if new items imported into the inventory were automatically set to 'automatically manage availability' rather than 'manually manage availability.' Currently, we have to change this setting for each item, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Setting all items as automatic will help us…

  6. The digital gift card feature is no longer showing up on the gift card app. This is a useful feature because we don't have to always use the physical gift cards.

  7. Customers ---> Edit Customer or New Entry

    Please allow for copy/paste functionality for phone numbers.
    I have to copy/paste to the e-mail field to then type the information in the phone number field.

  8. Could someone please fix it so that one can enter the information one wants and not from right to left.

    For example:
    $0.00 is what appears in the fields
    If you start typing from the last zero, you have no issue.
    If you type from anywhere else, it is not exactly what you need to display.
    Sometimes to avoid the annoyance I have to copy the number in full and then paste it over to Clover

    Leave the fields blank so that one can enter what they need to without issue.

  9. I have not heard of this in circulation and would be a unique feature that most point of sales do not offer. Here is the functionality.

    When a a customer calls, the system identifies the phone number and matches it to an existing customer profile in the Clover Point of sale. If a match is found the profile is displayed on the clover device, allowing staff to view or edit details, or create new sale or order. If no profile exists, it prompts the creation of a new one using the caller's information/or just phone number.

  10. Subject: Request for Assistance with Clover Open Order Print Report

    Hi Dev Team,

    I’d like to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while trying to generate the Clover open order print report. Although the filter functionality is available, there is no option to select a printer either on the POS system or the online portal.

  13. A pinpad without power is needed for the Clover Compact! With the Clover Compact terminal only using another Compact as a pinpad makes it very difficult to use because of the power needed for the pinpad!

  15. We need to option to select a gift receipt per item,
    Lets say customer buys 2 items , but only one of them is a gift for someone

  16. We should be able to set the same customer facing business name (the one that appears on receipts) for all of our facilities and differentiate the internal account name (what we look at when selecting which of our accounts we want to update). When you go to Zara, it says Zara on the receipt no matter which location you go to. There are no other details regarding location, etc.

  17. The information should display the banking information actually being used.

    I had merchants being billed to an old bank account that is different from what is displayed. This was not a sync issue since it had been going on for months.

  18. When an item has been upgraded or exchanged on an open order, the original must be deleted and the new item added. This still shows the item on the removed items report, but since it was an exchange or upgrade, then it doesn't reflect the transaction properly.

  19. I would like to access the open orders report on a monthly, or with a custom built date range in the dashboard, right now its only available in the device and as a owner of business its not possible to have a physical presence before the device to run a report.

  20. For the Clover Subscription "Growth Retail" we need the option to include delivery so products can be shipped to the customer's location instead being picked up at the location. Similar to xxxxx eCommerce delivery.
