Inventory on hand reports
Create an Inventory Valuation Report which shows item, quantity, unit cost, unit price, extended cost, extended price. The report which currently exports to Excel is very disappointing and requires substantial work in excel to obtain the info needed.

Clover Dashboard changes bad
Why does clover insist on making changes no one wants or asked for. Now if one is clover dashboard it will log you out every 15 minutes. That's just ridiculous! Last week it was logging me out ever other MINUTE! I had to recheck two entire orders I had keyed in because it logged me out as I was entering product in. It didn't take the additional inventory numbers or a price change I hade keyed in before it logged me out when I hit enter. Just another waste of my time Clover has thrown in my way, adding to…

Moving Category
It would be helpful to have the option to move entries between the Item and Category sections. For example, if you accidentally create a large number of categories under the Item section, you currently have to delete them and start over. Instead, there should be a way to transfer them directly into the Category section. Likewise, if you mistakenly add an item into the Category section, you should be able to move it back into the Item section without having to redo everything.

Reward points exempt items
You should be able to exempt items from receiving reward points and or perks used on specific items. I offer a third party service that is very low margin but higher price than my usual items and it allows lots of points to be earned that is in turn used on regular items eating into profits.

– Telecheck Higher ACH Limit – We need Telecheck to support a limit higher than $5000 quicker than before 6 months of processing. We’d like Telecheck/Clover to allow us to submit supporting documents to approve a higher than $5000 limit for ACH immediately. Tip splitting, overriding assigned employee in Reporting
Our employees work for commission, but sometimes we have a ticket that 2+ people worked on. It would be great if there was a way to assign specific items to another employee who did not sign in at the register, either before the payment or edit it afterwards. Along with that, it would be amazing if tips could be split after the transaction is complete, I think a 50/50, 3 way split, or custom split option would be very useful and appreciated!

Please allow restrictions to be made on the discount given from the rewards loyalty program. For example, I would like to prevent the rewards discount from being redeemable on tobacco items. We do not have enough markup on tobacco to give the discount that is given on the rewards app.

Add Search or Sorting Functionality to Revenue Class Dropdown When Creating/Editing Items
When selecting a Revenue Class while creating or editing an item in Inventory, the dropdown list displays Revenue Classes in the order they were created, rather than alphabetically. This becomes cumbersome for merchants with a large number of Revenue Classes, requiring excessive scrolling to locate the correct one.
Please consider adding:
- The ability to sort Revenue Classes alphabetically in the dropdown or
- A search bar within the dropdown to quickly locate the desired Revenue Class
This small change would significantly improve efficiency when managing inventory.
