FIXING ITEM OPTIONS
UNDER ITEM, ON BULK EDIT AND EDIT YOU CANNOT CHANGE COST, YOU HAVE TO GO IN THE ACTUAL ITEM TO CHANGE COST. THIS IS TIME CONSUMING. I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE CATAGORY AND MODIFIYER ON EDIT AS WELL INSTEAD OF GOING TO BULK EDIT.

Variable Price Per Unit Option
Add a Variable Price Per Unit option to the Price Type drop down menu for each Item. When used, the cashier can input the price per pound for each item.

Comparing Reports per weekday or specific date
When creating a report, it currently can only be compared to the same day last year or last week. It would be great to be able to compare to the same weekday or to a specific date and generate in one report. Currently, we have to pull two different reports and compare from there. In the tourism industry, sales on Jan 10 on a Tuesday vs Jan 10 on a Saturday are very different so it would help with report reading.

make running multiple reports easier
I am considering changing my hours of operations; considering closing on Tuesdays at 5pm instead of 8pm. In order to see what sales were on Tuesdays nights vs Tuesday daily total for the past 3 or 6 months to determine if this would be a good idea, I would have to run 2 reports for each tuesday for 13 or 26 tuesdays this is 50+ reports. Each report has to have a start time, end time, report type, etc.

holiday hours
have a way to enter special or hloiday hours on specific days so we do not have to change the regular schedule for the week and come back and change the hours again. this would be very helpful as my online partners rely on the info from clover for their hours

New Item entry to be listed in one or multiple locations
I have three locations. If I enter a new item to my menu, I have to enter it three times. Much like the Menu addition to the item, or the Show on POS & Available sliders. Please make a slider on/off type switch that I can add the item to one, two, or all three locations on the initial entry of the new item.

Add features like buy 1 get 1 free Offer
I migrated my pos to Clover and I am not that happy. It has no basic options like giving offers to customers like buy 1 get 1 free or buy 1 get 50% off to each product.

Customer name on portal receipt and print receipt button
Is it possible to add the Customer name to the Receipt that is printed from the portal? Also, instead of having to go to "Transactions" to view payment receipt it would be nice to have a "print receipt" button on the payment complete screen.

We currently have no plans to add customer name to a receipt as it could create complications for us with PII data and/or PCI.

Receipt size on portal
We have found that the default receipt size on the portal is too large, resulting in it printing on 2 pages. In order to adjust this we change it manually using the "more settings" for the printer. I know things vary from one printer to the next but it would be nice to have the size fit to 1 (Letter) sized page or have it "Fit to Printable Area" by default.

Clover Compact
When a merchant has multiple Clover Compacts, the need to close them individually is critical. We have a merchant that has 4 cashier windows and they have to have the ability to close and reconcile separately. The only Clover solution is the Clover Compact with another Compact acting as a PinPad through a security window. They also need to be able to run a totals report for that Compact. Cost is a factor as well.

Multiple Item Pictures
Multiple item pictures. Clover Retail Growth Plan online shopping needs to have the ability to add multiple pictures to each item. Customers purchasing online need to be able to see all sides of the product as well as close-up pictures of product labels. Having the ability to only add one picture per item will hurt online sales.

Inventory In/Out of Stock Total
The current inventory system shows the stock count for each item but doesn't display the total number of items sold or remaining in stock. It would be helpful to add a summary that shows both the total quantity in stock and the total number of items sold for better tracking.
Also, it would be very helpful if new items imported into the inventory were automatically set to 'automatically manage availability' rather than 'manually manage availability.' Caller ID Integration for Customer Profiles
I have not heard of this in circulation and would be a unique feature that most point of sales do not offer. Here is the functionality.
When a a customer calls, the system identifies the phone number and matches it to an existing customer profile in the Clover Point of sale. If a match is found the profile is displayed on the clover device, allowing staff to view or edit details, or create new sale or order. If no profile exists, it prompts the creation of a new one using the caller's information/or just phone number.
