Export items to CSV file
Please add the ability to export our item lists to a CSV file so it can properly be imported into other addons such as Ecwid. This will make updating and creating an online store easier and more organized.

Add cost to item modifiers
Please add the ability to associate a cost to a item modifier as that additional item has both a price and a cost from an accounting stand point. If I am adding an item (modifier) to the sale of an item, that cost needs to go up for things to be accurate and help track and improve margin numbers year to year.

Condense identical modifiers
Identical modifiers should have an option to be condensed in one line for each item.
Currently, if we add the same modifier 20 times to one item, the payment receipt will list it in 20 lines making the receipt absurdly long.
At least for non priced modifiers, it should list the same identical modifier as "x20".
Eg. If a customer orders 20 small shirts($0) and 10 large shirts($0) 10 XXL shirts ($4.50):
40 Cotton Shirt $xx
20 Small $0
10 Large $0

Separate Closed Accounts from Active Accounts in Dashboard
Clover GO had an update that clearly segments inactive/closed Clover accounts so that a merchant only selects from their list of active accounts. We're requesting the same segmentation be available on the Dashboard so merchants do not have to rename old accounts ("old," "do not use," etc) and inevitably end up logging in to an inactive account, making updates, then get frustrated when they realize it was on the incorrect account.

Modifiers Percentage Pricing
Modifiers pricing should have the options to be fixed or variable by percentage. All our catalog is customizable and the prices must vary depending on the quantity and the price of each variable. If a customer orders more (eg. business cards) the modifiers should increase the value by a percentage. Modifiers been fixed, at certain quantity break, make the cost of the items very low or very high. Creating a the same fixed modifier for every quantity would be a gigantic task.

Clover Online
Currently for Online stores for retail, there are no shipping or mailing options, there are only instore pickup and door dash delivery. This is limiting merchants from gaining shoppers because you CAN NOT turn both functions off. One must remain on or the website is turned off.
There is not enough allowed characters for customers to put contact information.
Categories do not have the ability to add descriptions.

Keep customer Promo opt in status when moving MIDs
I have a prospect I'm working with who is currently being grossly overcharged by their current processor and looking to move to us. They use Promos often, and wanted to know if they'd have the ability to do so after moving to us.
I spoke to presale support and as well to the customer engagement team, and they confirmed that when I move the contacts to the new MID, it does not keep them opted in to Promos.
The customer's opt in to Promos is consent given to the business, not to the MID, so changing the MID should not…

INVOICING UPDATE—REVAMP!?
Clover… do you read these complaints? Why is the most liked invoicing concern still under review? I voiced my concern over a year ago—along with numerous other business owners—and nothing has changed.
I own a boutique, and like many retailers, I rarely sell just one item. We need a true itemized invoicing option that allows multiple products to be listed individually. On top of that, there’s still no proper shipping option—and since taxes can’t be applied to shipping, the current workaround looks unprofessional and creates accounting headaches. It should not be this complicated.

Batch Names for Multi Location
Business owners with multi-locations, should be able to name the batch so when it is emailed, they know exactly which location the batch is from.

Screen Timeout
Allow the customization of setting the screen timeout

When signing into the device we allow the system to idle for ~1:05 until requiring the user to again sign-in. Entering the passcode again doesn't seem to be particularly burdensome and does provide a level of security to the system.

Reporting - Category for Existing Reports
There are many existing filters for reports, except categories. For small businesses categories are important to differentiate sales and allow posting of entries to an accounting program. Adding a category filter to existing reports would be a simple fix and help immensely to ease our operations.

AI Inventory for Retail
Offer a retail inventory build service for a fee, or develop an AI inventory builder than can be utilized for existing retail merchants that have inventory built in other POS systems (export) or excel/CSV/intuit

"Mark as Completed" Button for Pick Up Orders
Pick up/ Shipping order notification with QR code.
It would be good to have a button "Mark as Completed" on some active orders so when the order is completed it sends a notification via text/email to the customer telling them the order has been completed with a QR code generated if it was marked "for pick up" or the tracking # if marked "for shipping".
When customer comes to the store to pick up we scan the QR, it would open the order and not allow the release of the merchandise ONLY until it's paid in full for partially paid…

Re-Order button option.
Add a button to "re-order" in the customer order history. B2B business would be more efficient and convenient if it has a re-order option. Going to customer profile/orders, you select a past order to see the details and you can start a new order with it as a base. After hitting the "re-order" button you are given the chance to check the items the customer wants to re-order in the new order with updated pricing in the register app, following this flow you can even add another option to "add more items from another past order" (in case the customer…

Choose Multiple Devices in Reporting
We need the ability to choose more than one device in reporting. Currently the only options are All Devices or the individual devices. Please include an option to choose which devices to include in a report.

too many clicks on the register app between customers
When we use the register app, it takes too long in between customers. We want the option to eliminate the 'Thanks for Visiting' page after they choose wheter or not they want a receipt. Thanks

Item List - > add the ability to show a column to display if the item is set to Automatically manage availability or Manually manage Availability.
Also the ability to select Multiple Items to set them to either Automatic or Manual instead of having to go into each item and set this field
