Add the option for the recipient of an invoice to add a tip!
I have a lot of clients in the service industry that use the Clover Invoice feature. However, one major frustration is that the recipients of these invoices cannot add a tip, and those in the service industry really rely on tips.
I see in another ticket titled "Include a "tip" section in an online invoice sent via virtual terminal/email," that somebody from Clover said "this feature is now live," but it doesn't seem to be.
Please add this option or please explain how to turn on this feature.

17 votesWe are in the process of rolling out a change to our invoices that allows the cardholder to add a tip when paying an invoice. We've made this available to a few early customers, and will make it available to all merchants after the year-end holiday period.

You need to be able to delete appointments if entered incorrectly. You also need to be able to remove canceled appointments so you can rebook.

rewards
Can you change the way points are awarded? Currently, it appears as though the customer is awarded points based on the post tax sale amount. For example, if a product is $39.99 plus tax the final amount is $43.19 and the customer is awarded 43 points. Our reward program gives customers $5 in credit once they reach 100 points, but customers are being rewarded for the tax so they are receiving 8% extra point due to the tax. I'd like to see the amount they awarded based on the PRE-TAX amount. We are essentially giving away 5% from our bottom…

CHANGE CUSTOMER APP BACK TO LAST VERSION ASAP!!
THE NEW CUSTOMER APP UPDATE HAS TOTALLY MESSED UP OUR BUSINESS. We can no longer find customers buy the company name. We have to know the customers first and last name. If we start typing a name, it no longer populates. When we type the customer name, everyone with either the first or last name comes up and we have to scroll through records to find the correct one. Also, even if we do not want a customer card, if a customer uses a credit card for payment, it automatically creates a customer card and now we have hundred of…

Appointment time options
There should be an option to be able to change the increments of times for services that aren't 15, 30, etc. such as 20 minutes since it makes it very restrictive for services that might take more than 15 minutes and less than 30 minutes. Very frustrating when you could do 3 services an hour but have to do only 2.

Store Card for online booking
Need to be able to store card on file when the customer books an appointment through their Clover booking website. Salons charge fees for no-show appointments.

allow billing address (PO Box) on receipts and invoices
For those of us using Clover who work out of our homes, why can't we use a PO Box on receipts and invoices? You potentially put single women at risk by showing a home address as opposed to what we want to use for billing. I understanding needing a physical address for internal use, but I don't use it for customer interfacing or billing my clients.

LOGO
Hello, our logo is a rectangular logo and in the Clover virtual terminal when we send out an invoice in the payments dashboard, our logo is squished into a square. Our logo is not readable and too small for a client to read. We need this fixed ASAP! Also our logo is squished in the QR code and not readable. A quick reference guide for frequently used functions was expected when we switched over to Clover. I will make my own for my employees but it would be nice if Clover would put one out.

Upon successful authentication, the system grants access only to the applications and transaction data associated with that specific employee. Employees are restricted from viewing or interacting with any information tied to other users.

Credit and Debit added together as an tender option EVERYWHERE
Please make it a tender option on clover for a debit & credit card total together, EVERYWHERE. If I want a total for credit card (including debit cards) with tax and tips for the day (Daily), I have to get the debit total AND credit card total and manually add them together. I am a bookkeeper and use these numbers for accounting. I don't need a breakdown of credit & debit, just a total, with taxes and tips.
Right now I use Sales activity> Transactions-the only place I can find tax AND tip breakdown. Please help so Clover gives me…3 votes -
multiple employees rendering services on 1 client to check out just 1 payemnt
example: (employees get paid by commissions) Employee 1 is a massage therapist and Employee 2 is a facialist. both employees render 2 different services but it's 1 client. when client goes to pay ,the client to be charge 1 time and not have 2 separate transactions. so both employee get paid,under 1 traction
