Restrictions on discounted items
We are needing more controls in place for better management of discounts, in particular for employee discounts. It'd be helpful to either be able to implement controls to restrict which items can be discounted. Or alternatively, there be a separate list or page of items eligible for discounts by staff. This would be the only page where any employee can access without requiring a manager approval. In addition, be able to put in controls around limitations to minimize abuse of discount and theft.

Multiple closeout reports per day
Multiple shifts per day:
We have 2 services ( brunch and dinner) per day with 2 different teams, therefore we need a closeout report ( sales and tips) per shift - not per day
We also need different menus per shift.

Ability to see ACH details under the customer profile
Merchants would like to be able to see the ACH details under the customer profile as well as be able to filter or search for customers that have an ACH on file v a credit card on file.

Save Sales Reports on Deleted Employees
Please preserve the ability for admins/managers to view complete sales reports, including dates, filtered by FORMER, deleted employees. Currently, if you delete an employee, we can only guess what the former employee's numbers were based on the company's total numbers.

Inventory Imports
When importing the file(s) Messaging is inaccurate: errors appear, once errors are corrected, the import is unsuccessful as more errors appear for some of the same cells shown previously . Adding items manually seems to be the best workaround at this time.

Restore the functionality for administrators or managers to delete employees from the dashboard.

Reconciliation
Just moved business to clover max and have 14 terminals all linked. There's no option to manually settle machines. You need to wait until they auto settle everyday.. silly.
There's two auto settle reporting options:
- Group all employee sales together under Quick Access and nobody can find what their individual sales were.
- Have everyone log in but all 15 machines print 5ft long settlements every settlement including all employee sales on every settlement, 15 times across all machines.
This is the silliest and worst feature I can imagine, and I've never seen this problem with another company. Possibly annoying enough…

Generation of Custom Reports
We are requiring custom reporting that is tailored to the operations of a quick service business that also supports in properly auditing what may be suspicious behavior based on data the current reports are showing. These reports would be custom reports based on daily sales categorized by inventory to which can be accessed at any time for review over an extended period of time? With all data broken down. In regards to auditing, it'd be helpful to generate report of staff sales and discount performance report showing their volume of sales, discounts given with date and times, and order accuracy…

Flagging of high-dollar voids or excessive item deletions
We are experiencing a suspicious volume of excessive item deletions as well as high-dollar voids. Is there a way the system can flag this to prevent abuse and theft? Whether this sends a notification to the virtual dashboard alerting admin and/or requiring Managerial Approval before processing.

For the love of dear baby Jesus, would you please let the web UI remember more than one device? I log in from a few different devices (home PC, work PC, tablet, phone), and constantly have to go to my phone to get the 2FA code because it only remembers the last one, not this one. So it defeats the purpose entirely to remember a device.

Nonprofit SaaS Plan
We would love to see a SaaS plan for nonprofits in the future. I am at a CFI Agent Bank, and we have several nonprofits that would greatly benefit.
Some ideas to include in the bundle are built in "Pay my processing fees" option, year-end donor records, and ability to send donation notices for special events.

Enhancement to Create Website process
Enhancement to "Create a branded website" tab/process.
Services Growth Tier has ability to take payment/deposit online. First time merchant (who is used to card present instore) may not be familiar aware of option to take payment online as part of appointment process. That option for setup is under the primary view settings -> Services and Appointments section for Appointment Booking. I think there would be a benefit to have reference and link to the Appointment Booking section from the Create Branded Website page.
