Currently, you can only add one service charge in Clover. For restaurants, large parties have a mandatory gratuity of 18%. Some restaurants also have a banquet room where they charge 20%. There is no ability to have multiple service charge categories in Clover. This would help servers be able to choose and assign which service charge, without adding and deleting.
