Customers have walked out by pressing the back button on the tip screen. The message is the same message that is prompted when a sale is done. It is very confusing and much harder to track the customer in a fast paced environment. Much like a busy bar or a night club. My team is very reluctant to sell any more clover devices until the issue is resolved. It is causing us a lot of negative revenue as the word is spreading. We reached out to the ISO support team, and they suggested to leave the suggestion here.

Yep. This All done screen is a problem: it comes on before all is far from being done, as a matter of fact. The print screen follows, indeed, so...what's up with the "All Done" screen??
