Definitely need an option to turn sales tax on or off for a service charge (e.g., group gratuity):
In California, according to Publication 115 from the CDTFA, businesses are required to collect sales tax on mandatory service fees, including mandatory gratuities. -

I am really happy to see a topic that is already here. this is required by California and we can be in big trouble if they are a control.
we need the subtotal, the service charge, THEN the tax.
where now it is the subtotal, the tax AND AFTER the service charge. -

We need a service charge taxing ability for restaurants that share this in a tip pool. The accounting around service charges needs more detail.
