Back Button during manual entry
On the flex device, if a CVV is input incorrectly the entire transaction must be restarted.
Rather than retyping the entire credit card number again it would make sense to have a back button, and the clear button seems to be perfect for this. When the data is cleared from press 1, pressing clear a 2nd time should return you to the previous screen.
Similarly, when a manual entry is declined it would be nice to have the data still in place for a second attempt but with the option to edit the price.
Customers declined often pay a lesser amount on that method then use another card or cash. But in these instances you must retype the card for each dollar amount you attempt.
