Refund single items in multiple item sales and Cash refunds with split tender.
Clover app should have the ability to choose an item to refund in a sale. The refund function currently only allows one to refund entire order. With that being said you must do a manual refund. Also there is currently NO way to do a cash refund when a sale is paid with split tender, only refund to a card. Cash refunds only to all cash sales. This needs to change.

It has recently been discovered that when returning items from an original order paid by DEBIT card, Clover does not allow the selection of individual items, just to refund the entire order.
If the order was paid for by Cash or Credit Card and REFUND is selected, the option to refund items is available.
Issuing a refund by using the REFUND app is available, however this is not ideal as the items do not get put back into inventory nor into the correct Revenue Center for reporting.
Why is this? What difference is there in returning items on a debit card than cash or credit. This is very frustrating! I have worked in retail for more than 20 years and I've never encountered a system that seemed to have this restriction. Am I missing something? HELP!!
