Employee Commissions Real-Time Tracking and Reporting
I am an ISO agent and am currently signing-up merchants for payment processing in the tourism industry which relies heavily on agent sales and commissions. Many of these merchants will purchase large volumes of Clover Flexes to accommodate their operations. One merchant alone will be purchasing 28 Clover Flexes. These merchants all have the same complaint and that is that the Flex does not support commissions reporting. Sales Tax Report by quarter/year without entering custom dates
Add drop-down option for dates: This quarter, Last quarter, This year, Last year, etc. or Q1 2021, Q2 2021, etc. so you don't have to enter custom dates all the time. Many people report quarterly or yearly.

QuickBooks
Quickbooks Integration. The Clover transaction reports should be synced with the quickbooks reports. It really messes with the numbers when you get into detail. If there is a way to make an easy hassle free sync option. All the transactions from Clover should be eligible for syncing with Quickbooks

Clover Go app sales tax on manual transactions and reporting
The Clover Go app inability to automatically add sales tax to manual transactions needs to be changed now. For a business that can't input repetitious items and has to manually input each sale the sales tax should be automatically calculated and added to the transaction. This is also a nightmare for a business that needs the reporting to complete sales tax returns with their respective state. Extremely disappointed with this lack of features that should be default. Summary Sales Items Reporting by Labels
Under Reporting / Item Sales there is no summary for the labels.
When we want to print it prints a whole roll of paper. I really waste papers! We are very embarrass when the clients bring this up. Drill Down Item Sales
We need to be able to look at an Item and see sales for a time period and see what invoices that item was sold on. I need to see individual receipts to view the notes on these sales and can't locate them in Clover. The transaction tab doesn't allow you to search by item - Which it really should.

breakdown of taxes
would it be possible to have a breakdown of the taxes in the closeout report the merchant prints off from the station? currently there are 3 reports they can print off from the device but the summary report does not break down the GST and the other taxes

Make employee device reports available on the dashboard
Reports that currently only run on the device should be able to be run from the dashboard. Example: employee report for certain device gives breakdown of all transactions per employee for that specific device...we have to go to each device to run that report... but we should be able to run that from within the dashboard.

Device name on employee reports printed from device
Please print the device name on reports printed from a certain device. The employee report shows each employee but if you have 12 registers you don’t know which report can from which device.

Add a way to track phone orders in Reports

rewards reporting

Pull Reports based on Customer's Line Items
Merchant would like to be able to pull reports based off items. By pulling this report merchant would like to know who bought this item daily, weekly, and monthly. This helps the merchant send out promotions to specific groups.
