Ability to Delete, Hide or Unpublish POS Menus
We would like Owner & Admin users to be able to Delete, Hide or Unpublish POS Menus after they have been Published.
Not being able to clean up past menus that are no longer in use will lead to staff confusion if they need to manually select a Published menu.
We have a bar that charges $0.25 more for all drinks on Fridays & Saturdays. We duplicated the Default POS Menu & incremented all prices by $0.25 for their Friday & Saturday Daypart menus.
On Friday, 6-13-25 the items were not showing up. We had to Duplicate our Friday and Saturday menus to get the items to show up and charge the correct weekend pricing. Now we have 2 copies of POS Menu & have no way to remove or hide the original copy.
We also anticipate that many of the restaurants we work with will want to use POS Menus for seasonal & holiday menus. It would be nice for those menus to only be accessible to staff during the season or holiday, but we won't be able to manage that if we can't hide or unpublish seasonal or holiday menus.
This is a wonderful new feature, but we really need the ability to unpublish or hide menus as needed.
