ASSIGNING ITEMS TO RESPECTIVE GUESTS USING REGISTER APP
Scenario for counter service restaurant: You have multiple guests ordering under one ticket at the counter but when using the register app, order items are unable to be assigned by the respective guests, this causes confusion at the kitchen because order ticket appears to be telling the kitchen staff that there’s one guest placing these multiple orders. My merchant is asking for the option to go into the register app and have the ability to/ function to organize an order ticket by guest identically to how Clover Dining does it. The problem with using Clover Dining to assign items to their respective guests is that the order ticket number doesn’t automatically roll over into the next order number.
The merchant would also want a print-out ticket number that a guest can hold onto while they wait for their order to be called out.
