Server need to be signed / clocked in or they cannot start a guest check
Servers and bartenders who take orders should only be able to create an order if they are properly signed in. Accidents do happen where a server will accidentally use another employee's log in number and then an order is under someone else's name that is not even working.
Servers should also NOT be able to open up another servers or bartender tab or table. This will help eliminate making a payment on the wrong guest check that belongs to another server.
