Add a Built-in Utensils Request Option for Online Ordering
Clover Online Ordering should include a built-in utensils request option.
A simple checkbox such as:
□ Request utensils
during checkout would allow customers to request utensils only when needed.
The feature should be configurable so merchants can enable or disable it depending on local requirements and their operational needs.
Many jurisdictions, including California, require restaurants to provide utensils only when requested by the customer.
Major delivery platforms already provide this functionality.
