Bulk Edit Cost, Price
Hi! It would drastically speed up inventory adjustment to be able to bulk edit price and cost of multiple items. We want to be able to select multiple items directly from the "home" item page and enter a new price and/or cost that applies to all items selected.
We have an inventory of over 12,000 items, most of which are art mediums with around 150 color variations each. These variations are listed as items in our Clover inventory, and with the recent and frequent price increases, selecting as many as we can on one page and updating the price one…

Useful features
A few things to make the dashboard easier to work with:
- Although columns in items is customizable, it doesn't save for next login or even if you navigate away from it and return in the same session.
- Infinite scroll on items instead of "show more" would be helpful.
- I often need to download items to a csv file, but I am only able to download the entire inventory. Being able to export items at the category level would be great.

Bulk Edit Variants.
Would there be a way to edit all variants from a single product at the same time and not having to click into each different variant. It would be nice to be able to edit the cost, price, SKU, tax, quantity, etc all from the same screen. For example, we have products that have over 40 different variants. We have to now go into each one and change all of those items listed above for each different variant. Please change the match filtering on product codes to be exact match
When adding product codes to individual items: the current programming has very broad matching criteria. If just 2 or 3 sequential numbers within a product code match, then when either item is scanned, you get a list of items at the POS to choose from. This leaves far too much room for error in ringing up the correct items. It defeats the whole point of having unique individual product codes.
Here is an example. I have 1 item thats product code is 4325, I have another completely different item that has a product code 665570982325, 2 VERY different product codes.…

Multiple Item Pictures
Multiple item pictures. Clover Retail Growth Plan online shopping needs to have the ability to add multiple pictures to each item. Customers purchasing online need to be able to see all sides of the product as well as close-up pictures of product labels. Having the ability to only add one picture per item will hurt online sales.

Weighted Items with decimals
Team, The new dashboard version removed adding inventory with decimal places. I buy and sell an item that is by weight and not in exact whole numbers. Please allow adding and removing inventory with decimal places.

Have a “print label” option available in inventory screen to allow a barcode label to be printed when a new item
Have an option in the inventory screen, when adding new items, to be able to print a barcode label from Easy Labels. This is essential when new items come in that don’t have barcodes on them. Also, be able to assign a barcode to an item that has no barcodes in the inventory screen.

Being Able to enter Qty by fractions When Adding orders. For example " 1.25 yard of fabric instead of only being able to enter 1 or 2
Being able to enter qty by fractions. For example, We sell Fabric by the yard but often people want it at 11/2 yards or 11/4 yards, ect. It would be great if inventory would track by fractions and also register would allow input of fractions when choosing qty. instead of only being able to chose whole numbers.

Uncategorized items
We are in need of a way to filter through our item list for 'uncategorized' items. Our store has a rather large inventory, and we have plenty of items that are floating in the abyss of our item list. It is time consuming to search every individual item in order to locate and sort them, and while exporting our item list to Excel is useful, it does not solve our problem in an efficient manner for we still have to scroll through the entire inventory list regardless of platform used.

Bulk Delete
Please make an option to Bulk Edit > Delete from within a category and subcategories. Currently we have to delete each individual item from within the item profile. Extremely time consuming. Bulk deleting items from within a category only deletes them from the category, leaving them uncategorized and lost in the abyss of a large inventory. We need to be able to delete items within a category from the entire inventory, not just from a category/subcategory.

Inventory "Manual" reduction vs. "Automatic" reduction
Inventory "Manual" reduction vs. "Automatic" reduction.
When setting Inventory to automatically track reduction when items are sold, the "Manage Availability" option is defaulted to "Manual" instead of "Automatic."
Which means that each time a new item is added, the merchant must remember to edit and change to "Automatic." It makes no sense. It should be defaulted to "Automatic" since the Inventory setting on top left show that stock levels will reduce automatically. Can this be corrected. Inventory UI Needs Polish
The User Interface for the inventory app keeps getting worse and worse. New features are fine, in theory, but when they take preeminence over more useful data fields the process to add items becomes more and more difficult.
Specifically, the newer data fields "Online Name" "Online Description" and "This is an age restricted item" have been place above the essential fields like stock, price, and cost. If they insist on adding more useless data fields to every item, at least they could add them at the bottom of the screen. Or, better yet, make those fields toggleable from the settings.…5 votes -
Allow quantity of items sold to be entered as decimals
We sell fuel by the gallon which is usually measured to the tenth of a gallon, IE 10.2 gallons. The Clover only allows us to pick a whole number which doesn't allow us to charge the customer the proper amount without doing a custom item for just the sale price. This doesn't allow the customer to see what fuel quantity they purchased on their receipt. This would also help companies that sell items by weight.

Inventory - Multiple Keyword Search
In the Search bar whether in Register or in Inventory, instead of just one keyword, multiple keywords can be used, and they don't have to be in order.
For example, if you have an item called "dog food", you can find it by typing "food dog"

Revert the Portal to old Version
How to Revert the Portal to old Version. Its terrible and time Consuming. It takes 5x longer to save items to the system compared to before. it does not save when saving.

Please enable the option to have Inventory data sync'd with Quickbooks as this is a need for Retail accounting.

Inventory import
The import sheet should not have a separate tab for "category". There should be a category column on the "items" tab so you can easily track which category the item is going to. We have over 50 categories and trying to make sure that each item is where it belongs is near impossible.

Inventory item view
The previous versions of viewing items on a mobile device made it easy to see stock quantities. You could also choose how many items per page 25-900. Now when viewing items on a mobile device you can only see 25 items per page and only a portion of the name of each item.
Please change the view back so it is possible to see inventory quantities while scrolling through item names. The only way to see quantities is to select each item and scroll to the bottom. Its very difficult and time consuming to do an order. With over 1000…5 votes -

Bulk edit
In the Item section, you can’t change the cost in Bulk Edit or Edit; you have to open the actual item to update the cost, which is time-consuming. It would be great to have the option to change the category and modifier directly in Edit as well, instead of having to use Bulk Edit.
