Multiple Device Selection on Reports
It would be very beneficial to our business to be able to select multiple devices on one report (sales report and item sales specifically but all would be helpful). I have devices in different areas and it would be great to see which areas were doing the most business or what items they were selling the most without printing every device and manually adding them together.

COMMISSION PAY
In Salons each employee performs a different service, so tip splitting and Commission pay % per service is very important to have.
This will help finalizing the transaction in one payment instead of separate transaction just to payout the tip to the correct employee whom performed the service.1 vote -

CLOVER NEEDS TO HAVE THE OPTION TO AUTOMATICALLY SEND A WAIVER TO THE CUSTOMER IF THEY SELECT A CERTAIN ITEM, LETTING THE CUSTOMER KNOW THE BUSINESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND HAVE THE CUSTOMER ESIGN.

Option to Remove quantity feature on the published website page
Description: Option to Remove quantity feature on the published website page.
Currently, when customer access the merchant's online ordering website. Click on an item. Select Breakfast, and then clicked 2 Eggs Breakfast w/ Meat. A popup box associated with 2 Egg Breakfast w/ Meat. Select, for example, Wheat. The Customer gets the option to add & subtract the item quantity.
This merchant advised Wheat bread is added to the meal, not an individual purchased item. So they want an option to hide/remove the quantity feature for all menu items.

Prompt Rename/Note
Hello-
I have multiple Merchants requesting this feature. Every single order needs a customer name and they are wanting the "Add Note" option to be a forced prompt. We are trying to avoid extra clicks on the screen. Right now having to Click the 3 dots ("...), then selecting Add Note adds small incremental delays to orders.
Please let me know when/if this can be implemented, I'd be happy to elaborate further.

See All Devices at Once on Dashboad Reports
I have several devices and need to see their proceeds every day individually. As is I have to drill into every device individually which is very cumbersome vs having them all listed out on one page.

Basic Inventory Tracking System. In/Out stock report
Kindly consider adding a basic inventory tracking feature to the platform. This functionality would allow merchants to monitor item stock levels in real time—tracking quantities sold and remaining inventory. Additionally, it would be highly beneficial to include a low stock alert system that notifies merchants when item quantities fall below a predefined threshold. This would help prevent stockouts and ensure timely restocking

Remove the order printer completely
As of now the order printer when removed from the printer settings keeps coming back everytime the DUO reboots or the next day after the device goes to sleep.
Can we find a way to have the order printer removed completely and no having come back.

Closeout receipt print
It could be great to edit the info printed on the closeout receipt at the end of our day. There is a lot of info that is not important for us (refund, tips, sale/employes, etc..) and it would be great to be able to determine which kind of information we want on our closeout receipt. Moreover, it would be more economical and ecological.

Employee Filter Setting in Appointment Calendar
Whenever an employee is looking at their calendar through the Clover Go Mobile app, and also on the Clover POS, the default view is for ALL employees. The employee can set the filter to see only their appointments. However, as soon as you leave the calendar screen, add an appointment, go to the Home Screen or any action really… it resets the filter to all employees. This has been a very frustrating issue that several merchants have expressed.
Feature Request:
Allow for the employee filter to have a saved default setting for each employee

Appointments
Ability to apply a pricing modification to a service to all future appointments already booked.
Currently, if an appointment is booked in the future, the service price associated with that appointment can only be updated by editing the appointment and re-adding the same service with the updated pricing. Real case scenario: I am a merchant processing agent and I set up a hair salon using appointments. They decided to raise the pricing by 10% for all their services. I had to manually open up each appointment and add the item for 282 appointments. This took days to complete. I recommend…

Activating 20+ gift cards at a time
The merchant would like the ability to activate more than 20 gift cards with the same amount at one time. Currently, if a customer wants to purchase 200 gift cards, the merchant can only activate 20 at a time. This limitation means the customer would need to make 10 separate purchases or the merchant would need to activate the cards one by one.
Raising the activation limit or adding a bulk activation feature would streamline this process, allowing the merchant to activate more than 20 gift cards at once, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Update 2 Step Authentication
2-Factor Authentication
Businesses need the option to bypass 2-factor authentication. We do NOT want our Clover accounts tied to any one individual at the business, as employment is bound to change somewhat over the years. We are already using shared, business email account for this service. But having one individual's cell phone number hold the keys to authentication is ineffective at best, and opens the door for financial issues in the worst-case scenario. Clover should create an option for 2-factor authentication through email, or business phone call.

When processing a payment on the virtual terminal it should have an option that is built in to the initial transaction to send the receipt as a text or via the email
