Manager approval on High dollar transactions
We have Clover Flex's setup for a local Credit Union with many branch offices that offer the Cash Advance service to customers that want to take out a cash advance on their credit card. They would like to restrict their employees from attempting cash advances over $5k without manager approval. Would like to have the Clover device set up so it will prompt for manager override on transactions over $5k. The $5k could be a customizable field like you have for Offline Transactions.

Customer Database Functionality
On Clover Merchant Portal:
- button to import .csv file to batch overwrite customer data
- button to intelligently merge duplicate customer entries
- button to delete customer entries that match batch criteria (e.g. "MANUALLY ENTERED")
- button to automatically batch rewrite customer name fields with correct capitalization instead of all caps

Catering Estimates
I would like to be able to create a catering estimate for our customers from my home office through the Clover Dashboard instead of having to stand at a Clover POS system and enter it. I can create an invoice but an ideal situation would be to create from my laptop, itemized each catering item and send to the customer. Even if it means creating and printing the estimate and manually emailing it to our customer.

appointment
Employees need to be able to accept their own appointments and manage appointments just as the owner. As a Salon each stylist is in charge of their own schedule to so being able to accept these apts on their own is important. They also need to all be able to access the schedule from their phones.

I have a lot of merchants that would love the ability to customize invoices from the dashboard. not only with items and/or services but with disclaimers and notes. It would be good to have a better invoicing system that is as good as or better then our competitors(stripe....etc)

Have French Language Option in Payment Links
There should be the option of having payment links that display in French. This is a legal requirement in Quebec of any commercial page having French, otherwise it is illegal in this province.

Closeout receipt print
It could be great to edit the info printed on the closeout receipt at the end of our day. There is a lot of info that is not important for us (refund, tips, sale/employes, etc..) and it would be great to be able to determine which kind of information we want on our closeout receipt. Moreover, it would be more economical and ecological.

Clover Dashboard Manual Closeout
Please allow the manual closeout of the current batch on the Clover dashboard. Right now manual closeout is only available on your Clover POS terminal. However, if we are away from the business and need to do a manual closeout remotely, we would need this option available on Clover dashboard. Please add a button under Clover dashboard > Finances > Closeout > View Current Batch. A manual option on dashboard would help greatly. Thanks.

Barcode Printing
It would be awesome if Clover could create barcodes natively for inventory items— no third-party apps needed, select the inventory item and print the barcode on the label printer, so they can later scan it. I am writing to express our concern regarding a recent change in the Clover dashboard. Previously, the cellular data portal displayed the device names alongside the serial numbers and SIM numbers, which was incredibly useful for our operations. However, in the latest version of the dashboard, this feature appears to have been removed.

I have several devices and need to see their proceeds every day individually. As is I have to drill into every device individually which is very cumbersome vs having them all listed out on one page.

Add devices to Sales Overview
I have a seasonal merchant that rents 80+ Clover devices for their annual event. They need a report that lists credit/debit sales by device so that they can separate sales by revenue centers. The Cash Log report shows the device name.
