Dashboard (default merchant)
We have several merchants who moved their processing to us for improved service. Many of them previously used Clover, and when the owner logs into the dashboard, they are automatically taken to their old, closed Clover account from their prior processor. It would be helpful if the system offered a selection screen before redirecting to the dashboard, or allowed the user to set a preferred default account upon login.

Email Notification for Every Transaction in Clover
The merchant needs a feature in Clover to receive email notifications for every transaction (both card and virtual terminal) to the registered email.

Sell Gift Cards Online (Digital Gift Card Improvements)
For merchant's that use the "Sell Gift Cards Online" feature, it would be great if there were a settings section to make some customizations or adjustments to the landing page such as:
1. Ability to upload a gift card image so it's not just the green clover gift card image
2. Ability to adjust what the default gift card purchase amount shows (currently it defaults to $5.00 in the amount field). It would be great if you could set the default amount in the amount field to something different.

Closeout/ open orders
Can you add feature to remind you of the open orders before processing closeout. If you could add a feature/ permission to not let it closeout until open orders are completed/ closed.

Service Charge Field Blank On Transactions Report
Client uses the Transactions report to reconcile Service Charges by card type which the Orders App does not have a drop-down for. Transactions Report is line by line transaction information and the field (service charge) is empty when the report is exported. If the column is there the data should populate to the field for a single place to pull reporting for line by line transactions. This would provide merchants one place to pull transaction information instead of looking in multiple applications. Thank you...

Cash Payout
Clover needs the ability to do a cash payout for things such as lottery winnings. I know there are 3rd party apps such as Negative Tender that do payout, however, we should not be relying on 3rd parties to do a payment function.

Hosted Payment Page Customization for Multi Channels
Hosted Payment Page and Web Page Customization for Multi-channel. For example:
- For donations, multi payment options on webpage for one time or recurring payments with variable dollar amount, and occurrences.
- Reporting to export ALL data collected on HPP, Web Form or Page.
- Create customizable fields for "Private Event" request form for restaurant with notification feature.
- Custom fields for Business Wholesale with ability to export invoice number, customer name in reporting.

Allow employees to create payment links
Recently there has been an update which took away employee access to be able to create a payment link and now only admins can create a payment link. This is very inconvenient as a lot of offices want several employees to be able to create and send a payment link to a patient/costumer and it is not reasonable to make every employee an admin on the software. Please bring back the ability for employee roles to be able to create a payment link.

QR Code / Taxes
When using a QR to pay, it would help to have sales tax to be collected and the option for customers to leave a tip.
When you receive a sale through email from a customer is shows the "sales tax $0.00 dollars collected every time, however there is no option to add this to the QR code settings. Misleading and disappointed.

Skip CVV
Please re-add the option to skip CVV for all the Clover devices. Merchant services can't provide the CVV or the billing address of the customers. And "we" the merchants don't have any contact information for must of the customers that we provide goods/services to, for its not apart of our operations to retrieve that information.

Level 3 data on HCO and Card present
Add the option to add or calculate and send L3 data on devices and in Hosted Checkout options

Mass Edit Capability of URLs Needed for Payment Links
Once a Payment Link is created the dashboard kept freezing up and error populates that the page is having a problem and try to come back later or This page is not responding. Clover stated this is due to large amount of URL's not being deleted over time. An enhancement is needed to allow mass edit capability to delete URLs since currently you can only delete 1 URL at a time and it takes about 20+ seconds to complete each one. This merchant had thousands of URLs, so it is very daunting and a time-consuming task.

Enable Green Dot / Cash App Reload Integration for Clover POS
I'm a small business owner running a busy convenience store using Clover POS. I'd like to offer Cash App and Chime reload services (barcode-based cash deposits} to my customers - a services that's increasingly in demand in our community.
This functionality would not only generate revenue for merchants like me, but also increase Clover's value in underserved communities where customers rely heavily on mobile banking apps without traditional bank accounts.

Clover Go Manual Payments with Tap To Pay enabled
Accessing manual payments with Tap to Pay enabled in the Clover Go app needs to be more streamlined. Currently, users are required to initiate a tap payment, cancel it, clear an error message, and then select manual card entry—just to process a card-not-present transaction. This process is both time-consuming and confusing. Please consider adding a more direct and user-friendly method for accessing manual entry while Tap to Pay is enabled.

Second Cash Drawer
Bars need second cash drawer functionality. The hub has a slot for 2 cash drawers but you cannot assign each bartender to their own drawer. We want to eliminate more than person in a given drawer.

Acceptance of OTC cards, PLEASE!
"An OTC card, also known as an Over-the-Counter card, is a benefit provided by some Medicare Advantage plans that allows members to purchase eligible health-related items, such as cold medicine, vitamins, and personal care products, using a pre-loaded card. These cards are essentially like prepaid debit cards, offering a convenient way to manage healthcare expenses without using personal funds."

Have "Reprint Last Receipt" button on merchant screen.
In many situations, after a customer payment has been processed, they may select Done to complete the transaction. After the fact, they may realize the DO in fact want a receipt. Having a button to simply reprint the last receipt would be great instead of going to the Transactions APP, selecting the last transaction, selecting Customer Receipt, then selecting Print, then returning to your payment APP.

Timeout to complete sale after payment processed, with further action
After customer payment has been processed, they are shown the option to Print, Send Email, Done, etc. If they walk away (as they frequently do), it sits on this screen FOREVER until the merchant selects an option. The payment has already been received, this last step is just a formality. Unless there has been an error, there should be a merchant defined timeout to close the sale and allow the next sale to be entered.

text message receipt
The text message receipt being sent from my clover flex is coming to customers from an actual phone number from clover such as 833-658-xxxx
It reads:
View your receipt from xxxx
(a link to the receipt)
View our privacy policy
(a link to the policy)No where in the message does it say "do not reply to this message" and I am having multiple customers responding to the text with a question or concern that I never see.
