  1. On Puerto Rico we would like to have American Express Optblue or the American Express entitlement for our merchants. All ISOs have this entitlement but we don't.

  2. Surcharge needs to easily viewable in the Transactions tab. Currently, you have to go into each individual transaction detail to view the surcharge amount, or download a CSV. This creates a lot of extra work for merchants.

  4. I would love to see an option for customers paying online where they can choose to cover the processing costs. Think of it like an optional surcharge. It is a feature that I see a lot of non-profits utilizing.

  5. The ability to request notifications upon sales. Specifically if an online giftcard is ordered or an employee makes a giftcard sale. Could potentially be expanded to allow merchants to pick which items they would like notifications of sales on.

  6. Clover Flex Pockets have tip consolidation, meaning tips are requested prior to the payment type being requested. There is no way to turn this off. The merchant does not always want to use this feature.

  7. 4/11/2026 I used my Clover stand alone station to process an event deposit. It would not go through. Any payment should be able to be processed at any type of device that we currently use. For the first two years of using Clover POS, event payments could be processed on the stand alone stations. As of today. 4/11/2026 they cannot. PLEASE return payments backs to stations.

  8. Once the register is unlocked, the home page should display ONLY the APPs downloaded. Remove the right side information that displays (MID,TOTAL SALES INFORMATION).

  9. Starter plan should really have some kind of basic inventory or item inclusion. i lose so many deals because other pos systems have free ability to add an item with a basic price.

  10. When a transaction didn't succeed or fail it just gives some "check your email in ten minutes or contact us" but the page doesn't say how to contact clover. The page should clearly say how to contact people who can help.

  12. Others systems are charging 1.99% for charity for registered 501c3s. This is almost impossible to compete with. If it is possible to create some sort of a program to compete with this, it would be excellent.

  13. Currently, the emailed/texted receipts are over one page, which causes issues with printing. Clover should allow the merchant to remove extra space in the receipt or remove certain fields (I understand some fields should not be removed, but there should be more options). There is a lot of empty space on the receipts that can be removed.

    This can apply to printed receipts from Clover hardware as well. That is one of our #1 complaints that the receipt is very long. Allow merchants to remove extra space/extra fields.

  16. This feature would guide the cashier step-by-step through counting each denomination: pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, and bills ($1s, $5s, etc.), and automatically total the amount to verify whether the cash drawer balances correctly or is over or under

  19. We have several merchants who moved their processing to us for improved service. Many of them previously used Clover, and when the owner logs into the dashboard, they are automatically taken to their old, closed Clover account from their prior processor. It would be helpful if the system offered a selection screen before redirecting to the dashboard, or allowed the user to set a preferred default account upon login.

  20. The merchant needs a feature in Clover to receive email notifications for every transaction (both card and virtual terminal) to the registered email.
