There is a setting where the merchant can have carbon copies sent themselves. But we aren't planning for the entry of multiple email addresses.

This is needed! I recently used the Virtual Terminal - Invoice feature for the first time and it was very handy but it could not be associated with any order or items so all you could do is enter a dollar amount and associate a customer. We need the ability to generate an invoice from an order and/or associate an order to an invoice. Thanks.
