Merchant suggested adding a web link to Virtual Terminal in lieu of sending invoices

Merchant, Tina Gaudino of Richardson Koudelka LLP, suggested adding a web link in Virtual Terminal to send customers in lieu of sending invoices.

The web link would require customer to fill in required information and send back to merchant via email.

    sometimes u wanne send the invoice link to the customer on sms or on whatsapp or on any other platform....
    other systyms has an option to copy the url of this invoice so u can paste it in to the customers platfom and send it to them easy

    We're a home improvement product that's very popular among elderly people who often have limited computer skills. Right now we use a different platform to create a payment link that we include in an email from us because some of our customers won't be able to find or trust an email asking for payment that comes from somewhere else.
