  4. Clover Help- The documentation has no screenshots, and is too topical especially for set up. I found it to be completely lacking and unhelpful.

  5. Navigating Clover Help is unnecessarily byzantine and confusing. Searching is also unhelpful as searches cannot be filtered.

  6. Merchant would like to view 3 months of reporting and be able to filter out time so to be able to see 3 months reporting but only 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm and not all day.

  7. Change default reporting time to business hours not a 24 hr period. Does not want to use the custom report button to get report

    Default Reporting time can be changed to setup whatever business hours are in setup > reporting app

  8. Merchant wants the developers to stop the device from offering to take partial payments. He feels this is a way for us to force him to pay for two transactions and the device should just decline the partial payment. states the pop up alert asking if they want to proceed with the partial payment is not enough.

    This is a requirement from Visa/MC so unfortunately we cannot change it.

  9. Merchant has several employees that have changed their names and unable to edit it in the system unless they change the whole email which is not an option most times.

  11. Merchant has run into issues when not pressing Done and transactions have Voided. Merchant would like to remove the requirement of Done and also have a Voided transaction report generated.

  13. when you go to help.clover.com, the feedback doesn't work. If we had the feedback button link directly to this uservoice website, it would increase feedback submitted by other merchants.

    Partial Authorization was a mandate from the card associations so unfortunately we cannot turn it off.
