In the Virtual Terminal, if merchants are willing to accept the higher risk then they can disable AVS Fraud Rules. It's currently not possible in Clover Go.

Edit partial refund amount on Orders App.
Merchant requested to have the ability on the Orders App when doing a refund, that instead of choosing the items to refund, to have the ability to change the amount of the item being refunded, not just the full amount of the item. For example: this merchant sells school uniforms, but he does take used uniforms from parents and wants to refund them, he does not want to refund the full amount that the parent paid for the uniform but he want to be able to edit the amount refunded to the parent. If you build an order with inventory, you may only ever be able to refund in full, or partially by item.

Remove the email required field for stored cards
Need to be able to store cards even when a customer does not have an email. The settings allow for us to not require the email field, but when trying to charge the first transaction, it won't allow us to proceed without an email

Force-post manual/phone-in authorizations
During a power failure or internet failure, we need the ability to force-post.
I can get phone credit card authorizations by calling firstdata, however there is no way to force-post with this authorization number.
This basic feature has been available on payment terminals since they were first introduced, as vendors were aware that communications and power are not 100% reliable.
The process we used to use is as follows:
- Run the credit card through the imprinter and fill out slip.
- Call the data host and get a voice authorization for a specific amount, specific card# and expiry date.

ability to add multiple emails for the customer receipt distribution on VT
This option was available before the VT redesign.

Add more character to "invoice Number"
At this time, we can only add 12 characters to “invoice number”. This causes a problem for some traders. It would be better to increase the limit to 30 characters and more.

Integrate with Mitchell 1 (Automotive SW) for all Automotive Repair businesses
Apparently all automotive merchants (according to this merchant) utilize Mitchell 1 Software in their industry. I recommend Clover integrates with it to offer the ability to process transactions as he said their pricing is extremely high and they don't have options. Just a thought.

Apologies for the delayed response.
This can be done today. Build an order with items in register, tap Pay, then tap Mail/Phone Order. Merchants may need to enable manual entry in their settings.

The tip screen and signature line should be on same screen
It is very awkward, presumptive, and feels like bad manners to hand the Clover Flex device to a customer after a spa service and the first and only thing they see is the tip screen. Sometimes customers appear to be taken aback by this as tips are supposed to be a gratuity (not expected as I was always taught) By handing them the device with that tip screen as their first interaction with processing their payment, it is startling. I believe that having the signature line on the same screen as the tip screen is more polite and encouraging because…

Allow Gift Card Remaining Amount to be Left as Tip
Restaurants would like an option to be able to be able to leave gift card remainder as a tip to the server. This is a common occurence when only a few dollars is left on a card, the customer typically suggests to the restaurant to keep the card and simply use it the balance to tip in addition to any other gratuity left.

Be able to void Mistaken closed transactions.
If I have an employee that adds a weighted item with too many zeros and then closes it out, I cannot void the closed ticket. Say she weighs our item and accidentally puts in 1000 lbs = $10,000 and then cashes it out to cash. We as owners should be able to delete and void that frivolous mistake. Or say a disgruntled employee cashes it out for 1mil. We should have the right to VOID said transaction

Ability to Capture Signature for custom tender type
There are clients for whom merchant would like provide In-House service/delivery/takeout of the items.
This In-House items/service will be billed or invoiced once a month and they would like to get a signature option to be printed with the custom tender type sales to record the pickup/delivery.
Is it possible to add something in that nature to ease up the confusion of if the item/service was received or not.

Include Price of transaction on Signature Screen
Merchant is requesting for the price of the transaction to be included on the Signature Screen. Stated they have had several customers who've expressed being uncomfortable signing and not be able to make that final confirmation of the amount.

This would require Clover to create a relatively complex store credit function that tracks store credit for a merchants customers. Unfortunately, we have no plans to do this.
