Tips going to Servers not the cashier
Merchant wants the tip to go to the server not the cashier. Only way tip will go to the server is through the tables app.Would like for tip to go to the server no matter what.

This is a huge issue for me. We are using Clover for a med spa. The aesthetician performing the work is moving on to their next client while the receptionist is ringing up the client. I was told the receptionist needs to have all the PINs for every aesthetician if we want the tip to go to that service provider. That is ridiculous and very poor for security purposes when trying to validate a problem.

Clover this is not a hard fix. Change the code to have the tip stay on the person who originally opened the ticket and not the person who took the payment. Waitstaff do not make a lot of money for their hourly pay and depend on the tips.

There needs to be a way to separate everyone's tip to who took the order not who's running the register

this is extra work to have to manually go add all the tips for each server each night and total at end of week. because reports dont show accurate amounts when the tip is changed to the cashier and to the server

Many pos systems have the ability to assign tips to specific employees, this feature is common in the restaurant industry. tip sharing and tip pooling is a much needed capability for Clover FSR

I currently have multiple bartenders working and if a customer wants to immediately close while their primary bartender is busy, sometimes another bartender will close out the customer. It makes it a nightmare to break out who's tip it is at the end of the night. Tips automatically go to who closes the order and not the opening cashier.

Totally agree. Many restaurants have cashiers that take the payments or if the server who waited on the table is busy another server might take the payment. There needs to be a setting to assign payment to the person who created the order. Thus is a must have feature.
