Tips On Tablet Screen AND Printed Receipt
Merchant would like the option for the tips to be entered on the tablet screen AND the printed receipt at the device level

Bring the skip and print button back. It is necessary for the phone orders
Need to have skip and print returned to the systems
Need to have the systems that have the mini and also don’t have the insert or swipe feature on the main unit be able to have tips on the paper receipt. Because if customers call in the phone for a delivery how are they suppose to tip on the mini? When they are not there and it’s a manual entry.
Need to not close out a sale for phone in orders to accomadate customers to leave a tip on a printed receipt.

I’ve had the Clover POS system for several years and have been pretty well satisfied with it but for the past several months I have had to set my tip option to Tip entry on printed receipt or our customers cannot add a tip for the delivery drivers. This option does not allow our customer facing device to except a tip at the counter. We have to print out a paper receipt for them as well. It’s basically old-school. If we except a tip on the tablet screen the result is that our delivery drivers do you not have a tip and signature line on the paper receipt and if the customer does go ahead and write a tip amount on the receipt it cannot be entered back at the main station. Both of these functions worked together for years but now they don’t. The equipment is mine. I paid for it. We need the capability of customizing the Clover POS to suit our needs or it will basically become a boat anchor.(Edited by admin)
Bring Back the Skip & Print feature on a Clover DUO so that these devices can easily alternate between On screen and Paper Receipt tipping/signature.

I had to provide my client a Clover Mini strictly for paper receipts because skip and print was removed
Tip Option NEEDS to not be prompted first. Give the option to change when the tip is asked during the transaction. Customers feel it is rude that the first thing they see on the screen is a tip option before they even put their card in. PLEASE FIX THIS SOON.

People do not like toggling back and forth in SETUP when restaurants when it comes to tipping on printed receipt or Electronic tipping. Clover should have the ability to do both at payment screen

I want the skip and print feature back so I can have the option to print the payment bills of my customers who dine in and may want to add a tip to their bill. Or for customers who do not feel comfortable adding a tip over the phone and would prefer to hand write a tip upon a delivery service.

We used to be able to choose whether a customer completed their order on the screen or on the tablet for each purchase. Now we have to choose one option to apply to all circumstances. As a cafe and market it's very awkward to ask sit down customers to go to the tablet to complete their order and very weird to have market customers have to fill out a printed receipt.

Merchant requesting clover devices to switch back to showing tip line on paper receipt and tablet screen ; merchant stated this is effecting his business
I would like to have the option for the tips and signature to be entered on the tablet screen as well as on the printed receipt.
To add more context. Merchants have been able in the past to have the signature on tablet screen but by clicking skip and print they would get a receipt with a signature line. Several merchant have complain about the update removing this feature.
Merchant would like to have an extra option under tips
1. tip on paper
2. skip and print if the customer don't want to tip and automatically to print receipt
