You used to be able to print two copies of the receipt (one for customer and one for merchant) as originals. Now the second receipt automatically says re-print. We like to keep a hard copy of all receipts. We would like first receipt to say "Customer copy" and the second to say "Merchant copy." We have the FLEX II's

For dual printing , we're using the following settings/workflow:
Enable Automatically print receipt
Disable Skip receipt options screenThen each transaction, merchant takes the first receipt then prompts the customer for their receipt options (Email, text, print)
The problem is that first receipt is labeled "Customer receipt"

For taxi companies, this is very important. They need one merchant copy to pay drivers. Need this implemented asap! Drivers are submitting multiple reciepts for payment.

Put the option of Merchant Copy and/or Customer Copy on the receipts

Taxi companies pay drivers by receipt. They need to say merchant copy, or duplicate or drivers will try to claim twice!
