Would like a feature where tips can be added on both printed receipts and tablet screen
would like to take receipts on printed receipts and on tablet screen this would be really easy for customer to use and employees cause not all customers want a receipt and would much rather have to enter there tips on the tablet screen and not all customer want to place there tips on tablet screen and would much rather have there tips on a receipt where they can see there charges. This feature would be most helpful to merchants with one device and would also limits call to clover support to ask for card numbers to enter tips because they had to keep switching tips feature from printed receipts to tablet screen

We lost a good restaurant merchant over this issue. They needed a tip line on the receipt for deliveries but didn't want to go into setup app every time. This is an ongoing issue for our table service restaurants that do dine in and take out with a Clover Duo. Sometimes they take tips on the screen and sometimes on the receipt.

When a Clover Duo is to set for tip on tablet screen, please add an option to print a tip line if needed. For example, when a cashier takes a delivery order over the phone and manually enters the card# to take the payment, they want a receipt to print out with a tip line and signature line so the delivery driver can have the customer sign and add a tip to the receipt at time of delivery.

I would like to have an option to default the dine in tickets to be printed for my dine in customers to sign and leave a tip and a default for my walk-in customers and to-go customers be able to leave a tip on the secondary screen.

Clover allows either Tip on receipt, on Tip from screen BUT not on both. WHY? It does not just make sense at all. How is clover okay with this?
Some people, who are dining on table, want to add tip by signing on the tip-receipt. For others, screen is the choice. If this feature currently exists, why not allow both?
