Please Re-Add the Custom Tender Name Feature!
I contacted Clover Support, who told me Clover updated on 11/1/23 and removed all Custom Tender options set up by our company while selling gift cards. Example: when on the payment screen while loading a gift card, there used to be our custom tenders under the "Other" section, but all of our custom names have been replaced by "Check" and "Mail/Phone Order". The custom names are still on our account under Account & Setup > Tenders>Custom Tenders, they just do not actually show up on any devices in our company after the update.
The support rep said there is no way to bring these custom options back to our devices, and told me my only route is to make a post on this forum. This is awful timing since we're 3 weeks away from the holidays, when we sell 90% of the gift cards for the year.
Please bring back Custom Tender names!

Add back "other" tender options when purchasing clover gift cards. It was removed with the last update. Only options now are cash check credit or mail/phone. Regardless if anything else is purchased.

Customer tender has been removed from the latest Gift Cards app. We need this added back because customers cannot track gift cards how they need without having a button created to tap for payment tender type.
Merchant has an issue when they add an amount to a gift card in the clover gift card app then hit pay for the customer to pay it switches them to the Register app. Once in the register app the Other payment tenders are not showing at the bottom anymore. They have a donations tender option that they added that they need to use. We've called clover and clover gift card support and they are of no help saying clover removed the other tenders for some reason on gift cards. Clover gift card support said there have been many complaints by other ISOs and merchants.
