Add Discount Button(s) to Payment Screen
Include Discount Button(s) on Payment Screen (rather than having to choose it on order screen). Guests do not usually present discount cards until the payment process, so we find cashiers having to back out, click the discount pull-down, then choose a discount. Having up to 2 discounts and a third button that links to existing discount pop-up) would save time and effort.
Having up to 3 discount buttons would be great!

Improve your receipt template please!
Please improve the template on your payment receipts. I have a wine shop, and we do a lot of volume discounts for our customers. Your current receipt template is confusing, as it just lists the total cost next to the item. For example, if a customer buys 12 bottles of a wine, the receipt just shows the total amount on the line item. For a sale like that, we offer a 20% standard discount, but again, your receipt just shows the total amount of the discount.
What would make things easier is if you could format the receipt so it…

Increase the amount of custom discounts
Increase The Amount of Custom Discounts:
Right now when using the "Custom Amount Discount" button the discount is maxed out at $9.99. Yes, that is Nine Dollars and Ninety Nine Cents. I need the ability to discount custom double and triple digit amounts. Why is there less than a $10 limit? Thanks

Show Discounts as buttons
Would be nice to have buttons with a negative dollar amount or negative percentage amount. Like a regular inventory item.
Have them listed in a Category or at the bottom of the Register screen. So they are always available. Make it an optional choice to display or not.1 vote -
Groupon code redemption
A customer pays on groupon then clover register is unable to discount that groupon or validate if the groupon is real. xxxx allows for groupon codes to be added into the dashboard so when cashiers add the groupon discount the code shows accepted and the orginal price of the item is discounted to zero

Allow $ Amount Discount to be applied when combining orders.
If combining two orders that each have a discount attached Clover seems to drop one of the discounts. Would be nice if it combined both orders with both applied discounts.

Discounts Applying to Certain Revenue Class
Would like the option for discounts to apply only to particular revenue class. IE, we have a $20 food credit option but there is no way to apply it to the bill without it also discounting beverages/liquor

Calculate discount to exact penny
When a merchant adds a discount and it is for a large amount of line item like 90 @ $7.99 each the discount is rounded up or down to nearest $.50. The discount calculation should be for the exact discount amount. It creates problems with returns and for reconciling within Quickbooks.

Employee discount set at item cost
It would be nice for an option for an "employee discount" button in the discounts menu that will put all items at "item cost" for employees instead of us having to ring each item individually.

Make receipts viewed online reflect all discounts.
I was told there was a recent update to the discounts app which caused the grand total to show without reflecting the discount added. The discount is listed on the receipt but it is not deducted.
