Alternate Items Field
Once the option is unselected under Order Receipts the field for Alternate Names is no longer visible in the Web Dashboard. Merchant is using that function for bookkeeping and would like to have
alternate feature on but does not want the alternate name printed to the printer. Previously deselecting this option would only effect the printing and not the actual item causing the field to be removed.3 votes -

removal of modification issues after order has been fired
I have noticed that our employees has been able to delete the modification after the order has been fired to kitchen. Also, it won't show on deleted item so it is very difficult to track by just using clover app because they are able to modify the order anytime and can remove it from the system before they charge. I would like to have the system to not to erase any modifications made once it has been fired to kitchen.

modifiers should have a percentage price adjustment that can work off of the item price
modifiers should have a percentage price adjustment that can work off of the item price. for example a liqour has a set price per shot if you want it as a mixed drink, martini, on rocks or whatever the modifer item can adjust the price useing a percentage to account for the size instead of a set price for modifier because there are many different liquors with different prices.

Custom modifiers/ order note to print to sticky label
Hello can we enable for the orders printing to sticky labels to show custom modifier as well as OR an order note for when customers ask us for something random that isn’t an already set modifier in our register . We use this for coffee shop/ boba shop for drinks and need to be able to see custom modifier

New Clover App doesn't allow you to easily add modifiers or labels to all items in a category
New Clover App doesn't allow you to easily add modifiers or labels to all items in a category. On the old app you can select all items in a category and attach a label or modifier to all or a select number of items. On the new app you need to export and import, which creates a lot of errors. Or you have to add the label and go through all items without knowing which category they are a part of, please fix asap or allow all new systems the old inventory. This will hurt my ability to sell clover.

Smaller Item Buttons
I would like to be able to view all my items on one screen without scrolling. I would like to change the size of the buttons. right now the max display is (6x5) 30 items. Would like to be able to increase that by making the buttons smaller.

have choice of upcharges on Modifiers,
Currently we can set a specific set up charge on a modifier,

We sell sample boxes of items that we have in inventory. I want to create a modifier where I can select items from my inventory menu so i can properly track inventory.

Bulk Uncheck
Allow for bulk unchecking in the inventory app. I have THOUSANDS of items in my inventory. If I want to sell a select few items online/app i would have to individually uncheck everything i dont want. You should be able to "bulk" uncheck "online" and "POS".

Update Multi-dashboard Inventory functions/design to match new individual location inventory.
Recently the Inventory functionality for individual locations was updated and design improved, adding check boxes for online store visibility for items, and online names being different from pos names. This feature desperately need to be the same in Multi-locations Inventory, as I'm finding myself now having to adjust each location individually. The whole point of Multi-location inventory is to make it easy to manage multiple locations with ease. Please update this inventory function to match.

Allow restaurant to select the time frame for each individual order
Our restaurant offers food, coffee, and fresh baked pastry and we would like to be able to choose the time it will take us to prepare since a coffee may take 5 minutes, but a salad or sandwich could take up to 20 or more. So rather than selecting a general time for orders to be ready, we would like to choose the time based on the order.

Allow revenue streams to be selected when creating the item.
When creating an item, there should be a drop down menu that allows a revenue stream to be added to said item. This saves time and effort while allowing the optimization of inventory management / analytics.

Allow open orders to be added from desktop remotely.
I sell many products from my remote location but can't add the orders to the Clover. Also ties up the Clover on large purchases when other customers are waiting.

Make tools with Clover documents to automatically move inventory items between the warehouse and company stores
I would very much like a tool to appear in the Clover system in the Inventory section for ordering goods to the company's main warehouse: there should be a document as an order, but without a sale. This is an order to the warehouse of some items of an item that have been sold, for example. Only the SKU and the required quantity are displayed there.
