Modifier Groups should be copied/multiplied
We should be able to copy/multiply modifier groups so that we don't have to create almost the same modifier groups for different items. It would save a lot of time!

Clover Flex Enable Quantity Bar
Change item quantities during orders -Currently, for all devices except Clover Flex, we can use the QTY Quantity bar at the top of the screen. Please enable this feature on Clover Flex as well. Businesses want to use Flex to take orders at the table and entering the same item multiple times is inconvenient -not functional during a dinner rush.

Item Sales/Inventory
First, let's start off saying that I love the clover system. Very user friendly!!
When doing inventory is it very organized in a-z order but when working the inventory in letter beginning in f after editing it sends you back to the top start. If it could hold the inventory where you left off would be very helpful especially when clearing out old inventory. If an item is used more like a category on an online menu, there should be no price or the option to add a range of prices
most of my menu items have 3 sizes/prices. To save room, I have the item listed, and clicking the item reveals the sizes and prices. This is fine. My issue, is that the item itself shows a price of $0.00. That's confusing and embarrassing. I suggest that if a price is set to $0.00, the price should not show at all. I have several items, so to save space and lots of customer scrolling to find their items they want, this system works best for our online menu. i don't want to have to triple the size of my online…

Inventory Management
When entering stock quantities, the staff is able to add more than the amount stocked to check...why? Isn't that the entire reason for adding the stocked quantity?

Inventory items: when more than one item is selected for quick edit. Cost is not updatable field which should be enabled, the reason price is changing because cost is going up. since it is not updatable field so, we have to manually update each item which is time consuming when you are changing cost for >50 items.

Fulfillment
Allow orders fulfillment time to last longer than 1 hour. Half of my tabs disappear, when I switch to fulfillment time from order placement time. And a lot of time is wasted keeping receipts in order.
Would be much easier if receipts printed in order from fulfillment time, instead of order place time

Order Type Edits
1) Need a way to add new/existing item to a different order type on clover machine, not only on clover's website under Sales & taxes tab.
2) If item is not added in a given order type, that item should not be allowed to be a part of that specific order type transaction.

Need to list item sales on reciepts for the person who sold them
Being service based , the services AND items sold should be listed with each employee for end of day report. Commission based businesses need this!

Better retail register interface
It would be great if the register interface had more options for how it displayed. I have a wine shop, and we do not need categories or items to the right side of where items show up in the register app. For us, it would be ideal to have just a simple and bigger interface to see customer orders as we scan them.
It would also be fantastic if there was a way to add the total # of units in a customer order. We like to double check on larger orders that the # of wine bottles going into…

Multi-User profile
We have a 3rd party running our food & beverage. They need access to enter inventory and pull reports. I'd like to have an option that they have access to just food & beverage categories as opposed to seeing our full facility sales

Items with Varients
When i create Items with variants and use export import to my other locations
they transfer as normal items not as they created as a variant item
also when u need to update name on a variant item u cannot
you need to delete it and create it all over again as the name section is dimmed

Alert message should be changed for employees who don't have access to inventory
An alert message should be changed for employees who don't have access to inventory while scanning items. Currently if an item is not in inventory and an employee scans it who doesn't have access to add items into inventory, Clover scanner beeps as if it was a normal item entered in inventory, briefly displays a discreet message which almost blends into the background of the Clover display, and allows the clerk to continue scanning other items. So every time I try to add some new item in my system from clover go app I need to type the upc code manually which so time consuming and annoying. If you guys add a barcode scanning option in clover go app for adding new items in inventory it will make our system more easy and convenient for all the users.

Ability To Make Items Non-Inventory
Items like services do not need to be counted as inventory, only the sales need to be tracked. It would be really handy to be able to mark items as Non-Inventory (all the same functions for price, cost, etc as usual) and still have them as a sellable item. Services are not inventory!

Do not allow duplicate items to be keyed into the hardware.
It would be good to not allow duplicate items to be keyed into the hardware.
I spend a lot of time editing existing clover inventory/menu export lists.
Clover allows merchants to key in duplicate items form the hardware but you cannot import this inventory list into another location because you will get an error.1 vote
