Cannot access Clover Account at all without SMS
Reposting as "Communications" closed the original thread without explaining if any changes have been made...

This page describes the ability to use an authentication app for two-factor authentication.However, it is impossible for a new customer to reach their account page in the first place without using SMS.
Telephone help line was unable to help with this without first requiring SMS.
Please fix your website or train your staff how to allow use of an authentication app WITHOUT requiring SMS 2FA first.

upload tax rate file
A way to upload a file for tax rates would be beneficial for the VT merchants that have to manually choose tax rates based on where they are shipping goods. Right now each tax rate has to be manually uploaded if they do not have items.

Editing business information

i wanted to share my experience so that hopefully you can help me find a solution to this issue i been facing with our account.
Its regarding our business ours and edit information but mainly about the hours.
we have relocated our business address recently and so we also have changed our operating hours , i have tried endless times to edit the hours from manager dashboard under edit business information and it just wouldnt save, i have called support many times and all they helped me with is tell me…1 voteThe plan is to release the ability to do this type of business hours past midnight by September. Invoice management on the POS
There needs to be a way for the us to access invoices via the POS and mark paid when the customer comes in to pick up the order. Which would allow us to mark the orders paid without deleting the order and having to input everything again at the register. We also need to be able to itemize the invoice for our customer. I know that you can from Square and QuickBooks.

Recurring Payments
We need our manager to be able to access and edit the recurring payments.

View all Disputes
Any Admin listed should be able to see and access the Disputes tab on the Dashboard. As of now only the owner can see it.

Ability to delete batch
Merchants that manually settle need the ability to delete the batch if they forget to settle for days or weeks on end. this will prevent additional interchange fees due to late presentment and unnecessary chargebacks

Option to email closeout report for Clover Go merchants
The option to email the closeout report has been removed from the Dashboard with a recent update. This is problematic for merchants that only use Clover Go. There is also no setting in the Clover Go app that allows for this as well. Please bring back the setting to email the closeout report either on the Dashboard or in the Clover Go app.

MID listing under Help
Please add the current MID being viewed back under the Help button in the Dashboard Version 3 -- MANY Merchants do not know their MID and ask us where to locate it, and it's a little more involved than just "click Help at the top"; additionally quite a few merchants have two different MIDs under the same name and they go back and forth from the dropdown, but the way they used to confirm they were looking at the correct MID, was to check under help, now it's much more cumbersome.

Shipping Function
I am a vender in central Florida and have number of customers that are visiting.
There is a growing number that buy items and request to have them shipped to their home across the US.The Clover device does not allow for shipping to be added without taxing the shipping cost. This presents a challenge in accounting and customers question the tax cost.
Is it possible for develop the program to add shipping without adding ang cost.

Ability to manage Discounts from Mult-Location Dashboard
When managing multiple locations with the same inventory and discounts it is extremely time consuming to be able to enter/manage discounts as they have to be entered individually under each Location. I would like for the discounts to be added to the Multi-Location dashboard like the Items etc are - with the ability to enter the discount 1 time and select which location it will apply to or at the location level be able 'select/unselect' which of the discounts apply to that location.

Sort Revenue Classes Alphabetically
When looking at the report sections on the dashboard it would be nice if you could sort revenue classes. I would like to see revenue classes be in the same order every single time, even if they didn't have sells for a given time period. This allows me to update quickbooks faster.

no Yelp or confusing items on website
Logging into Clover, I see "respond to recent customer reviews" and a company that I never sold to. Checking and the company does not even exist. It looked like Clover was compromised. I called and was told to ignore this as it was advertising. I had PayEasy for years and nothing like this ever popped up. This is a business system. Get rid of the ads.

Make default order type optional
Currently, we have multiple order types: dine in, takeout, and phone call. We have dine in selected as default. This is not very optimal because we are a fast casual restaurant and every customer that comes in is not always dine in. When we login to our pin, the first order type that shows up is dine in. We do not want this to be default. It has to be because we are forced to choose one. Please make it optional.

Manual Close out
We are unable, in Canada, to change from automatic closeout to manual closeout. Why??? This needs to change as our office closes different days and times/hours. With this set on Automatic closeout, we get a "grayed out" icon that we cannot closeout, therefore, we cannot get our daily totals so we can balance at the end of the night. We need to record our Visa/Mastercard/Debit totals on our own spreadsheet to determine if we balance with Clover. When is this going to be fixed in Canada? If it's available in other Countries, it should be available in Canada. We ONLY…
