Refund Item option with Debit Card payment
I need an option to refund one or more specific items to a debit card not just to refund the entire payment. There is this option on credit cards and cash sale but not debit cards. Most of my sales happen via debit card so this would be incredibly handy when a customer comes back to return just one or two items

Filter Virtual Terminal Transactions in Dashboard
Currently there is no way to filter by payments made through the Virtual Terminal in the Clover Dashboard. Existing workaround is to export transactions to csv file and sort by keyed transaction. Merchant would like an easier solution for filtering Virtual Terminal transactions, similar to what exists for device filtering.
2 votesThis feature is already available. You can finder it under Transaction filters: select "Payment Source" as "Other Payment Sources", and then select Virtual Terminal from the dropdown.

P.O. Box ability
I want to know why 20 years ago running on windows xp the versa check program was able to have the DBA business address as a p.o. box that the customers could see on their quotes, invoices, and reciepts but your supposedly superior cloud based solution lacks that simple capacity. I speaking on indigenous to the customer facing info.

Multiple Menu option now available - but make it available for 3rd party integrators like Itsacheckmate or Chowly
I do see the Multiple Menu is finally available in Clover after people have been raising for over 2 years.. But, it's not much helpful if we use aggregator like "itsacheckmate" or Chowly for our integrators for 3rd party delivery companies.
Please make the multiple Menu option available for them as well. Currently i can only select multiple menu options for Clover online ordering or clover direct integrations.

Invoice Receipt business address should be OPTIONAL
I think the invoice receipt option for the business address should be OPTIONAL for owner to provide to customers. I am a new business owner and would provide online services. Clover Dashboard demands a physical address for owner to provide, this is seen by the customer when they receive an invoice or bill. This should be optional as I don't want to have customers see my personal address. I won't have a business office.

Seamless business phone number update
Merchant suggested to seamlessly update his business's phone number. He didn't like the process of contacting clover support, and then being transferred to merchant services.

Restrict permission on employees to remove Additional Charges from an active order
Restrict or limit permission on employees to remove Additional Charges from an order. Only admins or allowed permission should be able to remove service charge.
Operational Loss when customer is paying cash, the employee gives bill to customer, customer pays in cash, server/employee removes service charge and keep the cash that belongs to the house. This is creating an operational loss.1 vote -
TO GO orders only on Clover Dining - Activate No Service Charge
On Clover Dining APP - Add a section for TO GO Orders where the service charge is not automatically applied when it is enabled. The tables are fine to be added automatically applied. Currently is manual and some employees are making the mistake of not removing the service charge and overcharging customers on take outs.

Allow merchants to control email notifications
Merchants receive daily Fiserv emails and various other Clover notifications. Please add the ability for owners to control the frequency of these emails and the ability to opt-out of notifications (or re-direct to another employee) if they are not relevant.

Single Item Printing
Create printer setting to fire items on order individually to kitchen. Currently to do this in Clover Dining, its required to fire individually after each item. This would make it so that you can enter entire order, select fire to kitchen or save, and items would print individually in kitchen. Needed for Dim Sum and family style restaurants. There is one third party app that allows this function, however it is very unreliable. Would be great to have as a native Clover feature.

Stop charging customers a fee for orders over 30 dollars
Why can't I as a business owner pay the $1.50 fee instead of my customers for online orders over $30.

Add Variant via excel import
It would save a lot of time to be able to add product variants in the excel import rather than one by one on the dashboard. I'm surprised and disappointed that this isn't already a feature.

Ability to print from Transactions App
A print button in the Transactions app would be nice for merchants who need a print-out of each transaction in order of time.

Do not put updates in on a weekend - busiest days of the week.
Putting an update in on a weekend that doesn't work totally disrupts the busiest days of the week. Also - put out an email to all users describing the update features and when it will be applied.

Allow closeout from clover.com
Add the ability to do a manual Closeout of a batch via Clover.com/Virtual Terminal.
Use Case:
Business is set up for manual closeout only (a business requirement).
Business is open 4 days a week.
During closed days sometimes we need to do transactions (refunds, over the phone payments, etc.)
We can't physically go to the business to do the closeout at the register, so these transactions can't be settled the same day.
Adding this feature would allow for better management of these transactions and a better customer experience for refunds.1 vote
