Online delivery option for businesses who already pay and provide delivery drivers.
Why don't you offer an online delivery option for businesses that already have a delivery provider that they pay? For example, pizza shops? We pay to have delivery drivers and we can't use to clover option for deliveries. Plus, the $6.99 fee that doordash or other 3rd parties charge seems VERY pricey. Customers in this town won't pay that when they can just call the restaurant themselves and only be charged $3 for delivery..
My customers love the clover app because they can accumulate points. I don't want to offer online ordering through another third party app because that's obnoxious. Plus they can't use their clover points through another app.
No customer will want to use two apps just to place pickup or delivery orders through my business.
And not to mention the fact that the third party app (like doordash) would charge my customers an additional $6.99 just to have them deliver through that app.
Seems steep.
Customers will call in an order before they pay an additional $4 for delivery through the app.

I use a third party website company that has the ability for customers to make their tip for the delivery driver on the app. In clover we have to enter in the order so the Kitchen can make the order but when we do this, Clover will ask for a payment and if we select DoorDash or check for this payment just so we can make the order, we have no way of giving the driver the tip because it is not a credit card.

Well said. When will this roll out. Other POS operators such as Toast offer this feature

The ability to process online delivery orders using your own drivers vs DoorDash. DoorDash fulfillment in NYC is terrible especially for pizzerias. Also, when are they to allow alcohol to be integrated.
