Allow Kitchen Printing on the Essentials Service Plan

With the recent discontinuation of the Counter-Service Restaurant service plan, some smaller venues still need to print to a remote order printer, but do not have need for online ordering or the full features of Clover Dining as included in the Restaurant Growth plan.

    Please add the ability to add order printers and printer labels to the updated Essentials plan. Currently, we can only add a receipt printer.
