Show Change Due on the "Customer is selecting receipt type" Screen
I have had several merchants reach out to me, their ISO, because their teams cannot see the Change Due until the customer chooses a receipt type. They are left starting at a screen that says:
"Customer is selecting receipt type...No Receipt or Print"
If they make the receipt selection for the customer so that they can get to the Change Due screen, the customer doesn't have the option to email it to themselves.
Could we please show the Change Due on the merchant facing side while the customer selects a receipt type.
It is especially confusing for team members when handling partial payments.
If we cannot show the Change Due on that screen, they would like an option to disable receipt selection on the customer facing display when they have a Duo.
