Printing order in Kitchen printer
When we press Pay, the system sends the order to the kitchen printer. Actually, in this stage, the Customer does not pay yet. We see another screen to choose a payment type, such as cash or credit card. If the customer cancels the order or add something to the order or his credit card declines, we can not control the order. The order has already started to be prepared. We only have one option to prevent this. The option we have to choose, send the order to the kitchen when the customer prints the receipt. In this case, we have to print all receipts.
The current system is insecure, creates conflicts, and starts the process order without getting the payment.
We need an option that says send order to the kitchen when the customer is paid. And this option has no connection with print the receipt or not.
