Ability to Schedule Future Item and Price Updates in Inventory and MLWD
I need the ability to schedule item and price updates in Clover so changes can be prepared in advance and set to go live automatically at a future date and time. For example, if I update the pricing on bagged coffee today, I should be able to schedule that update to publish on Friday at 6:00 am when the store opens. This would prevent the need to either push updates early or wait until right before opening to make time sensitive changes.
I have explored existing options such as managing a single menu through the Multi Location Web Dashboard or preparing spreadsheet imports ahead of time and uploading them the day the changes are needed. While these methods work, they are still manual and do not provide the efficiency or precision of a true scheduling feature.
I am requesting a native Clover function within Inventory, Item Maintenance, or MLWD that allows users to set a future date and time for updates to automatically publish across selected locations. This would streamline operations, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy for any organization that manages frequent menu or pricing updates.
