Not all customers are willing to pay just a dollar amount, they like to know what they are paying for. Wholesale vendors, for example. A merchant can send them an invoice request to pay but the vendor wants to know what is included in that dollar amount.

At this time the compliance teams are requiring 2 Factor Authentication to be via text or authentication app and we are unable to change this requirement. Thank you all for your feedback.

The button to cancel cash back is green and people constantly hit it by mistake. People interpret green as go/good, not that it will cancel their request for cash back. Can this be updated?
