Merchant would like a repeat button/ functionality added - Scenario: Customer orders a drink, with specific mods, customer may want the same drink ,or new drink added, instead of a simple repeat/fire functionality for the initial drink, employees will re-key the same drink, also when selecting fire both are sent to the printer instead of one

Guest Count -The client uses seat numbers at tables and cannot figure out a way to remove guest(s) without affecting the assigned seat numbers
Example - 4 people at a table, Guest 1 and 4 leave, the client would like the ticket to show Seat 3 and 2 remain, instead the numbers change to guest 1 and 2

there is currently no way to pull a report that shows how much cash an employee owes the house.
Workaround - Managers are calculating cash owed by manually adding the numbers per employee via the employees report, also when viewing the the employees reports, client would like to see the totals for each employee excluding the sales tax and gratuity, currently those numbers are calculated with the total amount.

Reporting - When viewing items report, client would like a total for all food items instead a total for each item. When calculating alcohol sales
EXAMPLE: For wine, the client would like a total for all red wines and white wines. The totals should be consolidated to show how much was sold by the bottle or glass

Hello,
In an effort to better understand your merchant's request/pain-point, can you please clarify how they intend to utilize the QR code for this? Would it be allowing the user to hit a hosted checkout page with a variable amount? If so, that's available today.

Cash logs can only be viewed via the device where the task is logged. The merchant would like to be able to track logs for cash from any of the devices linked to the account

Client has suggested a tip sharing functionality where the tipped employees share a percentage or a specific amount of their tips with non-tipped employees. Tipped employees keep the tips they earned directly in a tip-sharing system, but non-tipped employees receive a portion of those tips as well.
