  1. There should be a register update price on per item prices to be shown on receipts so customers do not have to figure out how much items cost individually. Also there should be some way to decipher old/ new items on open/ unpaid orders in the system so that your employees they know how many items to load.

  2. When doing a transaction and attaching a customer to an order and they pay by credit card it shows the items and customer onto the receipt. However, when you do the same process and the customer pays by debit card, the items and attached customer do not show up on the receipt. Is there a way where debit transactions can have the same information as the credit card receipts?

  3. Example if a merchant has an inventory item that is set up as per unit we should also have an option to make the modifiers as per unit as well instead of automatically assuming that the modifiers are a fixed price.

    I have a merchant with a business that do catering services and sometimes a customer would order a plate or a salad 500x for a big event, the clover can only do items with fixed prices up to 99x so because of that the merchant changed the item price to per unit to make it easier since the clover…

  4. There needs to be a black silicone sleeve for the Clover Flex. The translucent one got irreversibly dirty within 2 days so we had to remove it because it was yellow. Now the back of the device needs to be constantly wiped down because customers keep grabbing it and it turns yellow. There should be a black cover so that the dirt is not visible.

  5. When selecting an issue within "Help & Support," it would be helpful for the MID to be automatically captured and included with the information sent to Clover Support. Also, it would be most BENEFICIAL if members can select/enter/edit a call back phone number to receive a call back at a specific phone number. Most of the time, it's employees/associates calling about a Clover issue and they don't have access to the account owner's phone number.

  6. Need to add SHOW ON POS to the bulk editing option.
    Also need to be able to hid categories too with the bulk editing option.
    I had to go into each item and check off the ON POS toggle.
    And all the categories still show on my handhelds but there's no items showing.
    Please fix to save time.

  7. In the dashboard, Reporting, Sales Overview, Full Report, I can see "Gross Sales" minus Discounts and Refunds for the Net Sales amount. Can you add "Cash back" amount right below Refunds? So the Net Sales would be Gross sales minus Discounts, Refunds and Cash back. Thank you,

  8. It would be nice if Clover had an adequate support team. When I need support, I don't want to spend 20 minutes on hold waiting for a CSR who can't answer my question.

  10. We are in Insurance car rental business and our cars goes out for months long rentals and during the rental if they get any ticket or toll charges we can't charge the card after 35 days, we need at least 90 days pre-authorization validity so by the time cars is back and we can charge the pre-Auth and force payment.

  11. There are a lot of services that are able to do this with Instagram, but not Clover. It would be nice to have an order now button that led to the online ordering menu.

  12. Merchant would like to have the option to show on the payment receipt if customers are a current audience or not. If not they are to present with a code to opt in by scanning the code.

  13. Currently, one of our retailer clients is using the orders app (“split amount”, then “pay more later”) as their layaway feature. Amongst a few flaws with this process, one major flaw is that it is not a true layaway feature, and the layaway should last more than 90 days!

  15. Having a HIPAA compliant register would be beneficial for clients wanting to access the full potential of the Clover systems. A register that meets these standards makes the customer and employee experience much better. As it is now, our staff has to input the same information into 3 points of sale to complete one transaction. I would like to simplify this process by having access to the register component. Please get the software HIPAA compliant for the register so we can move forward.

  16. Security Enhancements for employees with clover.com access
    1) Have login notifications. i.e.: Every time a user logs onto the virtual terminal (clover.com), an email notification will be sent to the email address on file to alert them of a logon.
    2) Allow IP lockdowns. i.e.: Certain user can only login from certain IP addresses - e.g.: from work only. This ensures that no one is logging on from home, etc.
    3) Login Logs. i.e.: So the employer can see who and when users logged in. e.g.: "Hi Johnny what was the reason you logged into clover at 2:34am on Sunday?"

  19. Feature request: Revenue Center Reporting Functionality. Similar concept to revenue class for items, revenue center would have the ability to group certain devices together to form a "revenue center" another option would be to be able to run sales reporting data by "sections" in the Clover dining app. For example, if you have a main restaurant section and a bar section in the basement, would be very useful to have the ability to separate sales and reporting data between the two.

  20. We have an item that comes with 4 sides - I built the modifier. We only offer 3 side options the system won't allow me to select min 4. I did build a work around for it by just adding in two modifiers for each item but its a glitch that should be fixed.
