  1. This is more of a glitch report. Recently, I've had numerous complaints from different clover merchant locations about the Search Bar (top right hand corner of the display) dissappearing from the screen at random moments. This is on Clover Station 2018 and Clover Station Duo devices in the Register and Clover Dining apps. This just started happening, and I've seen it on my own demo devices.   3. I have had merchants call in where they try to enter their internal MID they see into the system and it does not accept it - can we have the external MID listed to make things easier for them?

  5. It will be very useful to have the option to include a note (like a RETURN POLICY ) on the screen so the customer can see it before signing the receipt to help avoid charge backs.

  6. ID verification is an important part when you sell certain products. However forcing Clover customers to use your method is not only painful but not in par with industry standards. Let me explain. We sell cigarettes and we have to ID check everyone. The Clover POS does not require us to enter their ID into the POS when we sell cigarettes.   8. In "Orders", column headers should be sortable, a la Excel and other spreadsheets. No merchant I've got likes the "Filter" option vs. simply tapping on a column header to sort by that column in ascending or descending order. PLEASE make it like Excel! TY

  10. Ticket Tech Support. The system should have a ticket system into the administration dashboard to report technical problems with out the need to call clover support. Very easy to use and they should have response from someone asap.

  12. The most recent update has killed the communication between out credit card processing app (Econduit) and our Point of Sale (Vend installed on Ipad). Support says we cannot roll back updates to restore the connection. This has resulted in additional work, delays in checkout, and customer backup at the checkout line.

  13. When printing out shift reports, the employees names should remain in the same order. Instead, the order goes by who clocks in first. At the end of the week when we do payroll it is very time consuming to go through all our shift reports and find certain employees.

  15. Your user interface on a mobile phone looked okay. But I got an error, :"You are required to complete the following fields: - City". After re-trying on a desktop browser, I saw that the UI on a mobile browser was an accident by your development team. Your server didn't detect a mobile fingerprint. It appears you've made no effort at all to accommodate mobile phones.   16. Cafeteria sites have ability to add new items, but occasionally set tax flags incorrectly, or fail to add items to tax exemption rules. Would like report that notifies centralized admin of new items added locally so we ensure adherence to proper configuration.

  17. Happy hour discounts currently appear in the pop up when a staff member wants to add a discount. The whole point of happy hour is so that the employees don't have to manually ring up transactions with discounts for every single person during those hours. Its to reduce button presses, and it works great. But why does it appear in the regular discounts pop up? I mean an employee should never have to press that button, so its effectively useless and just makes the discounts pop up look confusing.

  19. Just when you think they can't possibly make this worse, the new Items screen on the Clover website is a perfect example of adding more work and time to something that WAS NOT broken.

    First, cost needs to be on the main screen. I can't understand why this is not there. You can't sort the items on the screen to how you want to be visually displayed, nor can you adjust the size of each field. The search field MUST include the product code!!   20. It was brought to my attention that a Clover Device cannot be protect with Clover Care when the device has been re-provisioned. This needs to change. I had a merchant that used a Clover for 2 months and then closed down and I was stock with getting another merchant into this Clover but didn't have the option to have this device protect with Clover Care even though it was within the time frame. Please change this policy.
