Please enable pre-authorization for Clover Station Duo.
There is a merchant use case for this in the restaurant industry, and Station Solo is the only "Station" enabled for pre-auth.

Sorry, but we did not design Station Duo for restaurant use cases that require pre-authorizations.

Provide security to prevent chargebacks
Due to increased chargebacks, we have been advised to work with Clover technology to integrate with companies like Cardinal Commerce. Unfortunately, Clover does not have any security features to assist the businesses to prevent fraudulent transactions.

Clover for Grocery Stores
I would like clover to explore making a pos for grocery stores! I have a small grocery store chain that could use the simplicity of clover but with some more robust item maintenance. We use clover at our nursery and we like it a lot! It’s a simple but powerful tool to use. Just hope one day Clover can bless us with more tools to use!

Notifications for Software updates
Merchant is requesting a feature to allow Notifications to pop-up on the Clover devices that acknowledge any upcoming Clover software updates to be aware of changes being implemented in the system.
Merchants are receiving updates that are transaction impacting and have to learn on the 'fly' or call in for support regarding new changes.

Can we add functionality where we can cashout multiple time per day but batch out once? Also to have the cashout app reset cash mid-day, and record tips during shifts?

Customer service
How about instead of hanging up on people calling for quotes and then making them wait for the representatives to finish their new calls, you just have the representative that answered the phone help. The price of your units becomes completely irrelevant when the customer service that is received for asking for a simple quote becomes infuriating. Your system could be free and I wouldn't use it after that experience.

Can we change the skip feature on the tip suggested screen and put no tip?

Search Bar in Register and Clover Dining
This is more of a glitch report. Recently, I've had numerous complaints from different clover merchant locations about the Search Bar (top right hand corner of the display) dissappearing from the screen at random moments. This is on Clover Station 2018 and Clover Station Duo devices in the Register and Clover Dining apps. This just started happening, and I've seen it on my own demo devices. I've witnessed this primarily when hitting the "Pay" button, then tapping the "back" button to go back to the order entry screen with items and categories showing. When I go back, the search bar…

when the merchant logged in they could see the external MID listed in the profile instead of the internal number
I have had merchants call in where they try to enter their internal MID they see into the system and it does not accept it - can we have the external MID listed to make things easier for them?

Website Layout Change
Would like the ability to change the layout and order for how items are listed on the website for customer view

The ability to add a note to show up on the screen before the Customer adds the signature
It will be very useful to have the option to include a note (like a RETURN POLICY ) on the screen so the customer can see it before signing the receipt to help avoid charge backs.
