Longer Pick Up times (order ready time)
I run a cheesecake bakery that relies a lot on my online orders. Currently the longest turn around time available is 90 minutes. Cheesecakes take at least 24-48 hour turn around. I know that customers can "schedule" an order for a future time, which most people who think ahead do, so I haven't had too many issues, however there are still customers that place an online order, pay for it and expect to be able to pick it up the very next day or the same day. Stop charging a fee for processing debit card. I was lunch today and was charged %4 for using a debit card. ITS ILLEGAL. I did get my money back but many people are unaware that its happening. I posted it on my local facebook group.

Name guests
Ability to name a guest in dinning app. Instead of guest 1.guest 2. Be able to name guest 1 (guest 1 bob. Guest 2 jack etc etc. For larger parties with multiple checks. Adding a "note" applies to entire table. Would make this process of multiple checks much easier.

Code doesn’t work
Instead of wasting entire piece of paper just to print one receipt with a code that doesn’t work believe me I’ve tried three different times and each time it hasn’t worked. Why don’t you come up with a Way do not automatically print and waste so much paper! How can I support business using clover? That is so wasteful?

Tracking cash feature
The merchant should have the ability to start the day with a recorded amount of cash, e.x.:
Opening the day with $300.00 in cash. (5x$20, 10x$10, 10x$5, 40x$1, 20x$0.25, etc.). Then closing the day, logging that there was a total of $X.XX in the register when the day closed.

Clover Dashboard Welcome Screen: Currently, the owner's name shows up next to Welcome on the main page of Clover Dashboard. Please add a feature to change this in a way that the merchant's can see their DBA name next to Welcome.

Why are employees able to ring orders when not punched in and able to clock out without all orders being closed out
Why are employees able to create orders without being punched in to the timeclock and why are employees able to pull their checkout report or punch out before all open orders are settled?

drive thru AI to take orders
Client asked me if Clover or any of our apps has/have Drive Thru AI capabilities now or in the pipeline. He said he heard about/read about automated Drive Thru ordering (non human) to take orders. I googled it and see McDonalds was testing it and may be using, Panera and some other companies, also. Please drop me quick note to let me know if this is something that is slated in the near future to add to our Clover offerings. Thank you!

A category is good for specific time for happy hours
To bring more customers to the business, owner should be able to set a category of the discount items only good from a specific range of time, i.e., Lunch special from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Instead of going to the "categories" and click to disable "Available" one by one.

Dark Mode Needed!
Hello Clover Team!
Is it possible for Clover to come out with dark mode/dark theme? Many other POS out there have such feature and Clover does not currently offer this. Currently due to my eye condition it is difficult for me to see anything on a white background. I am sensitive to light. The display brightness helps a bit, but lowering the brightness pretty low also makes it difficult to read with the display is too dim. Thus why I am requesting Clover releases Dark Mode feature. Using Dark Mode makes a world of difference for me. Just a lot…

Change font
My shop is a gaming shop with flair. My font for my shop name is Elegant and the one you guys have as the font on the receipt is block font.. Can you give us the option of uploading a font for the receipt printer? Also maybe have a spot that lets us put our logo on there?

email receipts are useless
I am not a clover user, but we do gather receipts from our reps who travel and purchase meals/coffees. The email receipts they get from shops that use Clover are unusable. Our reps forward email receipts to our receipts management software which auto-reads them and reconciles them to our bank. But Clover receipts are just emails with a link to a receipt, which cannot be forwarded or downloaded/printed/saved. They are useless. We have been emailing every cafe/restaurant that sends us one of these receipts asking them to please consider an alternative to Clover, as it is just such a silly…

Back button in split payments
BACK BUTTON. New Clover user here, about 2 months in. Staff comes to me multiple times a day stuck in the payment screen. We have to comp that ticket and make a new one and hopefully they remember to put "do not make" so the kitchen doesn't make the food again. Our customers check out at the front register after eating. We split them up by guests. If one pays, we can't go back if the second guest wants to add a cookie or use a discount code. This holds up the line and makes reporting a bit messy.

Requesting taxes to round to the 3rd decimal instead of 2nd
Merchant is requesting to have the system round and store taxes to the 3rd decimal rather than the 2nd. Merchant is requesting this because in the current system, the tax report totals are always off by a few cents due to the way the system rounds the taxes. Requested to have the taxes round to the 3rd decimal in order to alleviate the tax rounding issues and discrepancies on the report.

We need to have the option to use an exact amount in the additional charges. Like .25 cents. Not only percentages.
I want to be able to charge a transaction fee to all CC. Just to help cover my costs when folks order like $1 item and charge it. Percentages dont work. I can account for that in my business model.
