Customer facing rewards
I think it would be great if a customer could register, or at least be notified on the screen when they sign for their order, for our rewards program. We do not print receipts for customers unless they request one, and they don't always want a receipt (email or paper), so the best way for customers to know about a rewards program, and to join would be on the screen after they pay or while paying!

Add Caller ID to customer app. When a call comes in the customer pops up in app.
When a call comes in from a known customer the customer app shows the customer and is ready to take an order.

Pop-up notes
Allow the option to pop-up comments so when ordering they will show on screen. For example, if you entered a comment/note that customer is to get a 10% discount when ordering, it would pop up and you would have to dismiss it to erase the pop up.

Customer information should notify for bad repeated customers.
Nowadays, we face many customers that are scamming or take advantage in many ways. Customers app should include information if we decide not to serve or warning for these return customers who keep complaining or do many tricks on us. When we add customer, this information will need to pop up!

Gift cards
*Having issues selling merchandise and a gift card in 1 transaction.
*Not able to sell multiple gift cards of varied amt in 1 transaction.
*Would like to be able to have a receipt issued for each gift card sold when doing multiple gift cards of same value.

looking to email customer list automatically each month from either dashboard or terminal
Merchant knows how to add to customer list for promotion opt-ins, but would like a way to schedule an automatic email to the list every time there is a promotion to the people who have opted in.

Search phone number without dashes
Phone numbers are added to customer file with dashes but would like to search without having to enter the dashes. Basically have a pattern search auto insert dashes .... example: 4127891234 and have it show as 412-789-1234 and search for number with dashes for match.

One merchant called in looking for a way to filter his customers by transactions - if we could get a new filter added to the Transaction page this would allow merchants to track successful/unsuccessful payments per customer without having to check each individually
