Customer's birthdays grouped by each individual month to send out a text each month with birthday coupon.
I would like to send my customers a birthday coupon for each month. So if there is a way to group just the birthdays for one month to send to only those customers that one month. Like January birthdays could be pulled up and send a mass text to just those customers with a Happy Birthday message and a coupon. Then month to month for the year. I do have my customers set up on the reward program so I do collect their birthday information each time they sign up. Thanks!!!

Customer's name show up on my side of the register once they put in their personal info for reward program.
I am a retail store. Once customer has put in their info (phone number) for the reward program I would like for their first name to pop up on my side of the register. That way I can thank them by name after transaction is finished.

Add a Import Customers from other POS. Have tons of Customers that we will have to manually move.
Please add this feature, have hundreds of customers and it's a real pain to move them manually.

Customer name on receipt:
we are a non-profit organization. We need to show customer name on a receipt. Today, printed receipt shows customer name, but online receipt does NOT. We must show customer name one-receipt.

Variable reward point values
Allowing sellers to define the values of points would provide them with far more flexibility. For example, a bakery could award 3x points for specialty or custom items, 2x points for seasonal goods, and 1x points for everything else.

Larger window of time to send Promo notifications
Currently Promo notifications are only able to sent between 11am-7pm EST and any promos sent before or after that time will be delayed until the next time window. Would like to increase the window of time for Promo notifications to be sent. Example 7am-11pm.

Better vetting for final gift card designs or able to use third party designers and card makers.
Gift cards are so expensive through clover gift cards and when I submit them there should be a better system to help owners make sure their final design works. The cost is almost not worth offering to customers.

Gift Card Enhancement request
Do you know how Clover now offers the ability to sell digital gift cards online from that hosted customer facing webpage that gets created...
I think that having the ability to create a hosted customer facing webpage that would allow a merchant to put this on their website would be a great idea in the same way that they can sell digital gift cards online
Functionality on this gift card webpage could include the ability to trace the history of a particular gift card as well as be able to do a live balance inquiry

Ability to brand digital gift cards / Choose physical or digital on your website
I process for a growing franchise called Outer Banks Boil Company. The annual growth is absolutely exponential. They specialize in low-country boils where they offer "Pots to go" for people that want to steam themselves, or catering where they come to your vacation home and do on-site boils. Currently the Clover Gift Cards app allows you brand your physical gift cards, however you cannot do so digitally. Retain customer email address
As a customer it is annoying to have to enter my email address with every transaction. Square is able to retain a customer's email address (presumably tied to credit card).

I would like to customize the text on the customer facing mini for the rewards program
I would like to customize the text that is displayed on the customer facing mini to encourage people to join our reward program. Similar to what I can do with tipping, just for this.

Ability to export customer transactions
Non-profit needs the ability to export each transaction by customer at the end of the year. If you add this feature, it will greatly expand Clover into non-profits.

Notify Customer before processing Payments in offline

Omni Channel Gift Card Solution
Clover should have the ability to both sell/redeem gift cards in-store and online (ecommerce). Currently, gift cards can only be redeemed in-store.
