Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  2. Clover rewards should allow for a dollar amount off a specific item. Currently I can only do a discount off the total cost of the transaction

  4. Merchant has a over 1000 customers he needs to bring over from a different device and would like this enhancement for the clover.

  5. The merchant stated on the dashboard the customers are in alphabetical order. However, on the device they are not. Confirmed with our test device here that on the device the customers are not alphabetized. As a workaround, advised the customer to search for the customer she wanted. However, she stated she would like for it to be the same as the dashboard.

  6. When creating a new promo in Promos app, make selecting individual items (not just categories) possible. Merchant can only select individual items in the Clover merchant dashboard

  7. A summary view to see all the businesses that an app user has visited and the reward that has been earned/ offered.

    ie. if a user gets a notification about "$5 for a birthday bonus", they can go into the app and see where that bonus is, rather than go through each business to find out who offered them that bonus.

  9. Merchants are looking for a streamlined way to sell e-gift cards. The functionality is in Gyft for big box retailers, would be awesome to extend it to SMB sized businesses using Clover.

  10. merchant is using a clover flex and he creates orders through customers app when he open the order app he can see only the name for the customer and he would like to see the last name instead

  11. Merchant would like the Clover Device to save Customers's email address so that they do not have to type in the email each time for receipts, especially if it is a returning customer.

  15. Allowing the data fields in the customer app to accept input from a bar code scanner would help employees easily find a client if they have a customer card assigned to them.

  16. Need to be able to enter customer information on a Clover Go order. Since it already creates a customer it should be able to put in their information.
