Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Customer Engagement Features. Please share your ideas for how we can update our Clover software to improve customer experiences, increase traffic, and retain loyalty for merchants. Specifically, this forum should only include ideas about built-in functions on the Clover Dashboard (feedback on customer engagement apps should be included in the Apps/App Marketplace forum). We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  3. Merchant would like the ability to add points from the device rather than just Web DB. This would allow for a quick transaction when issues may arise.

  4. I think it would be great if a customer could register, or at least be notified on the screen when they sign for their order, for our rewards program. We do not print receipts for customers unless they request one, and they don't always want a receipt (email or paper), so the best way for customers to know about a rewards program, and to join would be on the screen after they pay or while paying!

  5. We have had multiple customers complain of not receiving an email after using the online clover gyft gift card purchasing wizard. I have a suspicion that they are incorrectly entering the email address to send the gift card to. Since the entire online gift card hinges on the fact that you have the correct email, then this should be a requirement for double verification. The current method of having to manually provide the receipt, gift card total, correct email etc to Clover manually to fix this is time consuming and leaving my customers frustrated. Thanks for the consideration.

  11. Allow the option to pop-up comments so when ordering they will show on screen. For example, if you entered a comment/note that customer is to get a 10% discount when ordering, it would pop up and you would have to dismiss it to erase the pop up.

  12. Merchant would like to be able to see the Customers App customized by Last name, or to see an optional way to switch between alphabetizing by first or by last name.

  14. Nowadays, we face many customers that are scamming or take advantage in many ways. Customers app should include information if we decide not to serve or warning for these return customers who keep complaining or do many tricks on us. When we add customer, this information will need to pop up!

  15. *Having issues selling merchandise and a gift card in 1 transaction.
    *Not able to sell multiple gift cards of varied amt in 1 transaction.
    *Would like to be able to have a receipt issued for each gift card sold when doing multiple gift cards of same value.
    We were able to do this in valuelink before.

  16. Merchant is wanting a feature from clover to have the capability to import customers from other POS systems. Merchant is also wanting to be able to look up customer using an ID instead of the name.

  18. The merchant is using Ecwid and Clover and creating customer profiles on both ( which is creating duplicate customers). The merchant would like the option to combine or sync customers from ecwid and clover

  19. Merchant knows how to add to customer list for promotion opt-ins, but would like a way to schedule an automatic email to the list every time there is a promotion to the people who have opted in.
