Assign taxes to order type
Have the ability to assign a tax rate to a particular order type. Ex. the order type will be the different states they are doing services and within that order, the type will have that state tax applied once clicked

Allow for option to remove taxes from individual items not just the entire order.
We have tens of thousands of items in our inventory and it's tax free wknd. Some items don't apply for tax free so we need the capability to take taxes off of individual items so we don't have to do multiple transactions at the register. Need capability to take it off at the time of the sale. thank you.

Add a column to Tax Tab so that we can add a flat fee tax this would be helpful when the tavern owner is selling a 50 types beer for $5 tax included.

The store should be able to set the luxury tax for some products.
For some products, the sales tax only comes from which is above a certain price.

Option to do Tax removed to each item, actually the function just do tax remove to all ticket, just taxable or no taxable, we have to charge tax to food and liquor all item but if customer comes with tax exempt we have to charge tax on alcohol drinks

Allow 5 decimal points in product price field to facilitate targeted tax-included price
. For several of our bar items, we target a price including tax. For example, a can of beer is $3 including sales tax. This makes change-making easier.
Clover allows only 2 decimal places in the product price field. The sales tax rate field offers 7 decimal places. So to make my pricing work at quantities up to 100, I had to enter several different sales tax rates, to accommodate rounding at different target prices. URGENT!!I need a function added to the Clover Station Duo to determine taxes automatically depending on the ORDER TOTAL not INDIVIDUAL ITEMS
I own a coffee shop in Ontario and am currently trying to use the Clover Station Duo. In Ontario our tax system is set that if a transaction is under $4 we are only to charge 5% on that purchase. As soon as an order transaction reaches $4.01 (so any purchase over $4.00) the system needs to automatically switch to a 13% tax. Currently you have it set up that individual items have a tax assigned to them. This does not work at food retailers in Ontario that sell items under $4.

Order amount based tax for orders over 5000.00
Merchant would like the ability to have or setup tax rates to order amounts. New tax requires have orders over 5000.00 be taxed at 6% and orders under 5000.00 be taxed at 7%

Add a function for taxes, when applying discounts
Wondering if you could add a function to the register when clients are paying. I want to have the taxes added to the total even if there is a discount added. Example..
total of the service is $200, taxes are added making the service $230. If the client has a gift certificate for $100, I would have the $100 subtracted from the total. (Which should still be $130 after taking off the $100)
But on the clover system, the tax is only added to the remaining balance of $100.. making the total $115. if it was an option to add…

Add ability at check out to change sales tax rate on just this order, just this customer.
Need to be able to change the sales tax rate at check out for just the current customer, current order. Sales tax rate is set at default of 7% for our city, so the majority of customers are taxed at that rate. When we plant or deliver to rural areas, some customers insist on being charged the 5.5% rural sales tax rate. Our drop own dots currently have and option to Remove taxes completely, but not change the rate. It would be ideal if while at the Register, Current Order, go to the 3 drop down dots and CHANGE the…

REMOVE TAXES on register check out for Indigenous groups or tax-exempt entities.
Indigenous groups are tax exempt. There is a need to either ADD or REMOVE taxes quickly by item or group at point of check out.
